I would think the Shorts have been guaranteed an orderly exit as part of the 'plan' so they don't impact the 49p valuation which needs to be controlled to keep the Newco and RemainCo valuations according to the 'agreed plan'...obviously no manipulation whatsoever 😉 🤔?

I think the penny has finally dropped with the ramping crew, the SP isn't going anywhere for a least another 2 months until the demerger of Ingenuity has been voted through. No big sellers out there so obviously very few buyers to get hold of shares, the MM's and THG seem to be fully in control of the SP until it's decided otherwise? 49p it is!

The shares won't be motoring anywhere as they are being held at around 49p until the demerger is completed at the end of the year unless a White Knight comes galloping in to trample on MM's plans. The insiders can't and won't sell their shares as they are locked in until the demerger is completed and THG separates into RemainCo and NewCo entities...ramp away with Roxi all you like but I think you'll be sitting on 49p for all long while as no quick day trading bucks to be made hear one assumes?

Roxi and his trading crew have no idea what's going on here. The share price is being held at 48/49p and that's it. They can spend all day on here until Christmas and I doubt very much it will move. Market Makers just won't find any large amount of shares unless someone gets desperate to sell it seems.

Basically the Market Makers will just cut off the supply of shares, especially if there are very few sellers in the market...why would II's and PI's start selling before the demerger..I expect volume to be very low until after the demerger is completed in December one would think?

They could potentially hold this at around 49p for two months so long as PE or another big player doesn't gate crashes this 'inside' job you would assume?

Well that's another positive Kelso buying another 2.5 million shares, that's close to 10 million now to bring the average from about 66p to 57.5p..Kelso obviously still have faith in THG RemainCo's future and possible break up for much higher valuation down the road once the demerger of Ingenuity completes in December. You are totally clueless. The price is being maintained at this level otherwise it will effect the demerger calculations.

Roxi..wake up, if you're expecting your day trade to shoot up then think again. THG will be stuck in a trading range of circa 46p to 49p until the demerger of Ingenuity is completed at the end of this year. In fact the SP probably won't move much until Q1 next year.

It's a shame Mr Moulding doesn't spend a much time trying to improve sales at the company his is supposed to be CEO of...in case he's forgotten it's called THG..!

..."Ingenuity would have no recourse to THG PLC post demerger..."...... so I doubt RemainCo would pay for Ingenuity's rents.

Is it being played 😆? The SP has been walked and talked down seemingly with the last two recent trading updates in order to get Ingenuity away for a valuation of £100 million, unfortunately that accelerated demerger process has created the current situation for the benefit of cornerstone investors and MM's new friends it seems? This isn't going rise above the recent issue price until the demerger is completed one assumes?

So to get an IPO valuation for Applied Nutrition of £500 million they would need to make £50 million profit on just £90 million sales, wow that's some accounting.. maybe THG need their accountants. 😆

What would Panmure make of Applied Nutrition's value then considering it only has sales of £90 million vs THG's £2 billion... yet Applied Nutrition is going to IPO at £500 million?

Re. Applied Nutrition news from last week. Once the demerger of THG's Ingenuity is completed in December, how could Applied Nutrition's soon to be launched IPO be valued £500 million considering that is the same as THG's Nutrition and Beauty divisions at today's 47p? From my understanding Applied Nutrition only has a turnover of circa £90 million and not sure if they yet make any profit, so that's less than 5% of THG's turnover on current sales of £2 billion?
