You guys can debate this all you like, but we all know that this is an inside 65% stitch up to grab an asset in Ingenuity from the 35% mainly retail shareholders..getting Ingenuity for Β£100 million after having at least Β£1 billion or maybe a lot more invested in it, considering some IPO money went in as well it seems. There's nothing anyone can do to stop it as the 65% club have too much to gain and can effectively block any third party interest. RemainCo seems to be the only salvation for retail investors from here on in as many PI's won't want to hold shares in the new private company NewCo it seems? π€
