Let's hope Selkirk have an alternative plan for THG that is fair for all THG shareholders. When company executives make lowball offers for public listed companies a few short years after IPO's, you surely have to question their motives and personal credibility?

If you put THG on the same valuation multiple of AN (3.6 x sales) then THG could be valued at circa £7.8 billion, which is around it valuation after the IPO, giving an SP of about 500p today. WTF is todays 47p all about if not manipulation?

Lol, just looked in on the AN board someone posted some recent trading figures, 2 months of trading for August and September 2024, total sales for 2 months £15.6 million, yet the company has a valuation today of £360 million that's more than half that of THG's £717 million valuation. THG have a pro rata sales of circa £370 million for two months of trading 🙄. So about 22 times the sales of AN over the same period, i.e. circa £100 AN million vs £2.2 billion THG... you couldn't make this stuff up really?

Yes I can, they're in decline because the current CEO appears to be incompetent at hiring the right people to run the divisions and incompetent to run a FTSE 250 size company if you were to take the 96% fall in the SP as some rough indicator of strategy and performance. The absence of a real Chairman clearly hasn't helped and surrounding yourself with a load of 'yes men' always ends in disaster as they are too frightened or well rewarded to say anything to cut off their own little gravy trains.

I think MM will be sacked or walk away from RemainCo once the Inginuity demerger is settled, the big player's have seen how incompetent he is at managing their £6 billion investment, just look at the valuation of the company down 96% since IPO and those figures tell the real picture!

To put it politely, you are a moron. The company was trading at 64p the day before the demerger RNS, the company has now raised £95 million in cash, so when NewCo is demerged it won't make any difference. Would you like a calculator as your abacus obviously isn't working!

The FCA are about as useful as a Kwasi Kwarteng budget.. 😆
