I agree with the comments about brokers being "overpaid crooks".. but how incompetent has MM, the Chairman and the entire BOD of THG been allowing these brokers to destroy the SP with one own goal after another. It comes to something when a new company in a similar line of business can have the same valuation as THG but only one twentieth of the annual sales. Something isn't right here, either dishonesty or outright incompetence on THG's part it seems don't you think? 🤔 JMO Adyor!

It does make you wonder where all the money has gone considering the 93% fall in the company's valuation in the past 4 or so years? Lots of questions but no comments or answers for shareholders it seems? JMHO Adyor!

What a laugh. New broker rating on AN of 180p today that would value AN the same as THG's entire business despite THG having 20 x times the sales as AN. Also THG had a broker reduction the other day down to 49p... what a distorted and corrupt market we have in UK it seems?

The fall from 800p to 40p in four years since the IPO all comes down to extremely bad management or something else lead by the CEO and the BOD. It is also very dissapointing when someone with an insane amount of personal wealth feels the need to aquire even more money from hard working individuals who put faith and money in THG's management team to do the right thing by them. Is it incompetence, greed or dishonesty at the highest levels in the company is the real question here? JMO Adyor!

Once the demerger is completed a huge ongoing liability risk is removed from RemainCo as Ingenuity(NewCo) will be a standalone entity. I believe this was instigated by a majority of the 65% club not including MM. This has been brewing for a while and pushed along by the likes of Kelso. RemainCo will be re valued by the markets post demerger and Newco has a £75 million cash injection to help it on its way. Should hopefully be a boost for both NewCo and RemainCo. We will see in January 2025 and then in March 2925 when THG joins the FTSE 250 index.

Also, there's nothing stopping Private Equity buyers like Apollo coming after THG once the demerger occurs in January and maybe this is the bigger plan for the 65% club??? They'll probably want 200p + judging by previous company statements back in 2022 don't you think? 🤔
