What we're talking about then is more corporate misappropriation of shareholder's assets one assumes if that plan comes to fruition? THG has previously stated in the demerger RNS that RemainCo will be listed as an independent profitable enterprise consisting of two divisions (Nutrition and Beauty) at which point it will enter the main FTSE 250 index in March. So all this nonsense about selling of 49% of Nutrition to Selkirk is total heresay spread by ryanf is it not? 🤔

If the FCA weren't so dishonest and incompetent (HM Government words note mine) then I'm sure they would be interested in all of the recent shenanigans going on here don't you think, like crashing the SP down to 40p etc, etc, etc? Why on earth would THG sell My Protein nutrition division before the FTSE index inclusion, unless it's yet another dodgy deal set up by the unmentionable bloke supposedly in charge of this company? 🤔

I agree, the best thing for LTH'S is THG RemainCo joining the FTSE 250 index in March and waiting for the trackers to get on board, they might start loading up before then..?

THG shouldn't be accepting any offers until at least March when the index trackers have to buy THG once it's included in the main FTSE 250 index!

DB gave a near term target for APN of 180p last week for a business with less than £100 million annual turnover, that equates to nearly £600 million valuation for APN. My Protein has a turnover approx 10x times that of APN so that would potentially value THG's Nutrition division at £5 billion alone if you takes DB's valuation methods for APN don't you think?

I think there are lot of other things going on behind closed doors at the moment regarding the demerger and what's going to happen with RemainCo. The 65% club are going to want at least £2.00 for the THG business if there are any bids being lined up for RemainCo, That will do most of the 35% retail investors one would assume?

If Selkirk were to show their hand after the Ingenuity demerger, it doesn't stop another third party coming along to spoil the things for them. Any bid for one of THG's two remaining divisions would have to be strong otherwise competition would possibly come in?

If Selkirk went after one of RemainCo's two divisions in January for say £1 billion that would still be about 200p for THG in total, but that's assuming someone like Apollo doesn't come back on the scene?

Expecting some interest in THG RemainCo come January before it gets upgraded to the FTSE 250 index..?

After all, THG's RemainCo's current valuation is on the floor, so maybe £2.00 wouldn't be out of the question especially when you compare THG's £2 billion turnover business to its peers and the likes of APN that has a turnover of just 5% of THG's Health and Beauty divisions? Yes, and I wonder who was responsible for crashing the SP from 65p to buy up NewCo and millions of shares for 49p and below?

High Street stores suffering with catastrophic high rates, high rents, high insurance, high energy bills, high staff bills and falling footfall. All this should be better for THG's RemainCo's online business model don't you think..? FTSE 250 inclusion in March 2025 will see index tracker involvement to one assumes.
