As we've been saying for ages now..."Growth driven by online sales, while high street stores continued to struggle".. the high street in the UK is finished which ironically is great for companies like THG, especially now it's not subsidising Ingenuity for £250 million a year. As for Vladimir Starmer and Frieda Reeves theyhave bankrupted the high street within 6 months with their record breaking tax and National insurance hikes in their bonkers budget..please bring back Lizz Truss....! 😆 🤣

They could effectively get THG's Nutrition business for nothing as they would surely just sell off the Beauty division for circa £1 billion plus, in fact they could actually get Nutrition for less than nothing and increase their sales by 1000% overnight (£95 million to £1 billion)..interesting story to keep an eye on.. How can you trust a CEO that is more interested in making money for himself than other shareholders? In fact, how can you trust a CEO that has made £1 billion from an IPO whereas private investors that bought the IPO have lost 95% of their original investment without receiving a single penny in dividends? Update on HSBC demerger options. There are no options as it says Option 1- not offered. Option 2 - do nothing. It goes on to say HSBC will not be offering the demerger Option 1 as the shares are not going to be listed on a tradeable exchange. Adyor!

Fair value for THG somewhere around 160p to 210p once demerger completed and THG RemainCo is uplifted to main FTSE 250 listing in March 2025. I think APN is a guide to the real value of THG now that Ingenuity and the cash drain is being removed from RemainCo. JMO Adyor!!!
