Probably correct to put this matter to one side now as it's all done and settled. Most PI's think this was some sort of 'Corporate Theft' but that's just an opinion that cannot win a legal case that's impossible to take up anyway. If the management think it's okay to plunder private investors investment funds well good luck to them, but it might be more difficult to do once THG are included in the FTSE 250 index as a lot of pension funds with big legal budgets won't be so easy to plunder from don't you think? JMO Adyor!
