City Pie..Yes that's 13 million shares for Qube and nearly 65 million for MA as announced today. That's nearly 78 million shares bought in the last week but still 20% the 49p it was at just two weeks ago.. Clear Manipulation don't you think. Where did they get 78 million shares from? Can't be retail investors can it!

One assumes these 78 million shares that Qube bought back and that MA bought in the last week for 40p just appeared out of thin air?

Well one thing seems certain, our absentee Chairman imand the BOD are going to make a packet by allowing chaos to take place in THG boardroom and then they all get a nice chunk of additional shares at 46p don't you think 🙄 🤔? Is MA really going to put up with Lord Lucan as Chairman?

THG has demerged its 'unprofitable' cash hungry Ingenuity logistics division in the past few weeks that was taken private, the remaining two divisions Nutrition and Beauty are supposely "Cash Generative and Profitable" according to the BOD with THG (RemainCo) having annual sales of £1.8 billion...soon to be elevated to the FTSE 250 in March...Will be interesting tonsee what happens with MA on board, he also took a slice of the demerged Ingenuity Co. So needs THG to be sending lots of business in that direction. 🙄 JMO Adyor!

MA didn't get his Seat on the BOD at Boo, so is there's one on THG's BOD 🤔 or maybe the invisible Chairman will be replaced 🤔? £1 by March would be nice? Can't believe we're still at just 42p with today's news, Qube closing their short last week. According to Sept Demerger RNS, RemainCo is a 'Profitable and Cash Generative' business, with £1.8 billion annual sales, Upcoming FTSE 250 inclusion, and currently trading on less than 0.25% of annual sales..? Is this the most obvious piece of Share Price manipulation that's been seen on the LSE recently? It's looking very suspicious the way the SP has moved and Shorts have been working overtime since the Demerger RNS in September? Just a thought. Aimho Adyor!!!

Its seems that the Qube, Shaw, MW and other shorts coordinated attack on THG aided by a well known London broadsheet newspaper it coming to an end hopefully ...well they have made their illicit £millions from retail investors and will move on to easier targets you hope?. The demerger has probably done THG RemainCo investors a favour and hopefully the FTSE 250 listing in March will give a boost to the SP somewhere near a realistic valuation based on sales of about £1.8 billion for RemainCo and a bottom line profit figure as per THG's RNS Q4 trading figures. Aimho Adyor!

I've seen this behaviour before, the Short like Shaw and Co. jumps out of the woodwork from their 0.49% position by adding the 0.01% this new short visibility panics more investors and then the shorts suddenly close out their position, it's a classic short FUD tactic..unfortunately it often works. 😳

Unfortunately I do have a tiny smidgen of sympathy for our great CEO The Times, Hedge FUD's and the likes of Qube, Shaw and MW *shorts) have played him like an old fiddle, but our CEO has equally been disingenuous to shareholders and THG employees by playing right into their hands. He has surrounded himself with a bunch of incompetent 'Yes Men' like Lord Lucan. A CEO needs hard headed businessmen around him that are not afraid to tell the Boss that he's a jerk. Maybe the demerger of Ingenuity, full FTSE 250 listing and the removal of the Golden share will be a positive turning point for THG and its long suffering investors?

Parkhurst or Wormwood Scrubs is too good for the two 🤡 🤡. Unfortunately no one knows where the other £40 million has gone do they?

So a few shorts were hiding under the 0.50% threshold. The reason Shaw has upped by 0.01% is to create more FUD amongst weak PI's.. Qube played a blinder yet again by selling out as close to the bottom as near possible, just wonder if Lord Lucan was actually feeding them information you to get the price as low as possible???
