It's still a mystery as to how Qube and MA got their hands on about 78 million shares 9pence below the demerger raise price of 49p? You can't just magic that many shares out of thin air? I can't believe it was private investors selling do you?

The only real news today is that THG RemainCo are one day closer to being admitted to the UK FTSE 250 Index in March..Now just waiting for trackers to accumulate. If THG are a genuine company with real accounts, (the Chairman and BOD had better hope so as a porridge will be on the cards if false accounting is found by the funds running their slide rule over the company) then surely THG cannot trade on a multiple of less than 1x annual turnover if they are going to be a FTSE 250 company don't you think? 🙄 JMO Adyor!

Qube bought back 13 million shares and MA nearly 65 million shares at about 40p from some mystery source, but the SP has barely moved...Is someone or some entity is playing with the SP don't you think? Buying up 6% of THG stock in little over a week with no impact on the SP appears somewhat contrived to say the least...? Answers on a postcard.. Aimho Adyor!

Janbos1978 started posting 3 weeks ago only on THG, all 13 postings contain serious FUD content. Yet another one employed to keep the SP down for certain individuals it seems? There are new Stevebots constantly crawling out of the woodwork, do they all work in a large building just outside Manchester Airport by any chance?

I have communicated the shenanigans to the FCA but unfortunately I don't have a big enough brown envelope to get the matter investigated.

Yes the same pattern every day...a bunch of Steve bots start early with a new FUD thread because they are working to keep the price low..Qube it seems were probably working for xxxxxx & yyyyyyy to smash the price down to allow these parties including insiders to accumulate large amounts of share around 40p pre and post demerger. The SP should never have got so low to all the demerger at 49p, the whole thing has been orchestrated from within but then protested by the Great Dishonorable One. Just in my opinion. GLA FTSE 250 coming very soon.

After today's surprise TR1 who knows we might get a takeover offer before we hit the FTSE 250 in about six weeks time. JMO Adyor.

MA could buy all of THG RemainCo's £1.8 billion turnover business for say 130p/share, then sell the Beauty division to a third party for say 120p/share (THG's Beauty division has about £1 billion annual sales so trading at less than 1x annual turnoverwhich is ridiculously low), that gets him all of the Nutrition division for just 10p/share on a business with about £700 million in annual sales. That'll be fine by most don't you think? JMO Adyor!

Is a Hostile bid coming from Frasers for THG Nutrition you wonder? 100p would be nice leaving THG Beauty as a totally stand alone company. All looking very interesting following today's TR1. JMO Adyor!

How can any share increase then if everyone always takes 5% profit. All shares would always stay at or around the same price indefinitely using that theory?
