This is old news, the 204 million deferred B shares are nil value and according to the demerger arrangement they will be cancelled. There are only 1.322 billion shares used for the purpose of valuation and voting rights.

THG should easily make the FTSE 250 in March so long as our disgraced CEO the Egotistical, Robert Maxwell Styled Charlatan doesn't try to pull another Ingenuity style stunt on private investors. The guy has no principles based on the Ingenuity deal, so nothing would surprise me unless MA and other big investors decide stand in his way. Aimho Adyor!!!

Pearls, we are at this charitable valuation because our CEO is an egotistical charlatan, the Chairman is nowhere to be seen but at the Trough of cheap shares and free handouts, and the BOD are asleep at the wheel or under lock and key in the unmentionable one's secret hideaway in the Caymen Islands probably? As for what MA is upto with his 5% stake is anyone's idea? Just a theory!

One thing is fairly certain, the absentee Chairman will make some money from it no doubt!

The daily SP manipulation continues, no doubt orchestrated by our Wonderful CEO and Chairman seeing as 170p per share "significantly undervalued the Company", but they didn't mind buying over £20 million of shares at 49p and 46p. A bit like the FCA...Incompetent at best, dishonest at worst is seems don't you think? Aimho Adyor!

APN continues to climb post IPO despite no news...This £90 million turnover Co will soon be worth more than THG's £1.8 billion turnover Beauty and Nutrition divisions. Crazy valuation comparisons?...Not a word from the Chairman, CEO on why the SP is soooooo low?

That's why I'm convinced that the Share Price is being manipulated as it doesn't make sense for either MP Nutrition or Beauty divisions to be valued at £zero with Ingenuity fully demerged and FTSE 250 inclusion only weeks away? Somehow the price is being suppressed to allow MA to accumulate and Qube to have exited there position. 78 million shares is Qube and MA's total buy qty. All very suspicious activities if you as me.

Knowbodyyouknow...THG RemainCo is not just MP Nutrition it has a Beauty division with growing sales of £1 billion on its own, therefore it is currently valued at £Zero it seems?

It's good to see APN on the rise again since its IPO, up into the 150's now. So APN trading on 4 x sales (valuation 360 million vs sales circa £90 million)..Wheras THG RemainCo trading on less than 0.25 x sales (valuation £500 million vs sales circa £1.8 billion) So on a comparative scale APN are valued at 16 x the current value of THG it seems 🤔 ? That means APN would have an equivalent valuation on similar sales to THG of around £7 billion compared to THG's valuation of just £500 million at today's SP of 40p.. Aimho Adyor!

The SharePrice manipulation continues and the Great Deluded one having posts removed it? I wonder if Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx has finished selling shares to MA yet?
