One could argue that the increased price of money necessitated a reduced cap-ex pfs, which slowed developments, but 10 years ago you'd have been insane not to bank on a significant rate increase at least once during the usual explorer timeline.

Fort loves to tell us this is undervalued by the market, but if posters read between the lines of the article posted here yesterday, they would see why this is so far off and why it's not worth touching until the next fundraise is sorted. Trying to raise when the MCap is so small is unlikely to be pleasant, and anyone telling you a charity is going to sweep in and give Solg the cash is a liar or a nutter.

Really feel for those who bought the ramper narrative. Lessons to be learnt here.

Even if they'd sold at 9.7p when I said this had further to fall they could have increased their number of shares. My hedge is around 175k shares, but that's against the better odds of a nice buy in point- I've been pretty transparent about that. Currently only £15k worth so hardly breaking the bank when this goes south. Keep powder dry for when the fundraise is sorted (plus some trading 👍)

You missed the point though, cmg (not a shock). Ain't own for nowt. If someone with deep pockets does cough up cash for the next stage, they're taking a portion of the resource and the 'jam tomorrow ' PIs who have been topping up through the 30s, 20s and teens will be left with a smaller slice of the pie. If that sounds a bit like dilution it's because the very notion of 'non-dilutive' is laughable.

Free holidays for all shareholders, too, and a speedboat if you hold more than 100k shares.

Non-dilutive funding is an amazing idea that Scott has sold those who haven't engaged their brain. If you think Solg is going to get a big pile of cash whilst you retain the same share of the spoils, you need your head checking. Any raise in funds will be publishing to the PI compared to the situation before Scott and Bob got involved. Mark my words.

A share price in the 8s would probably not help Scott. It isn't in his control (despite what the rampers say about 'releasing news to boost it' 🤣) but it won't help his cause with PIs. Luckily majors like BHP couldn't care less about a few £m paper loss, so they are unlikely to provide much resistance whilst his tenure keeps bids away.
