And I understand the 'looks too good to be true' viewpoint, especially when it comes to vague RNS's. But ppps RNSs are not vague and you cannot dispute the current mcap and small number of shares in circulation... To me even if this deal only turns out to be as half as good as it looks, ppp is still currently undervalued.

Those of us who were here before suspension can vouch for the sheer appetite for stock leading up to the suspension. Really was impressive. That was before the deal was confirmed. The potential with this share is huge but yes, as always nothing is guaranteed and everyone should only invest what they can afford to lose.

Very true tuan but ppp have a very small mcap and limited shares in circulation. Ppp are also not on AIM. Worth the risk/reward IMO, especially when you compare them with companies on AIM.

I'm so intrigued as to where the money will come from now. Hope it's not a worse option than a placing. CLN? It has to come from somewhere and it's unlikely investors are queuing up to give money to hemo at this stage.

Conversion of Loan Notes

Synergia Energy Ltd (AIM: SYN) (the "Company") announces that further to its Update on Extended Convertible Loan Notes on 27 September 2024, an application has now been made for the 101,083,050 new ordinary shares to be admitted, pursuant to the conversion, to trading on AIM (the "Admission"). The admission is expected to be effective on or around 2 October 2024.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 10,738,875,029 ordinary shares. This will be the number of ordinary shares that may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Update on Extended Convertible Loan Notes

Synergia Energy Ltd (AIM: SYN) (the "Company") provides an update in relation to the 1,750 convertible loan notes, which were originally issued by the Company effective 9 March 2023, had an original maturity date of 9 March 2024, and which had their maturity dates extended to 30 September 2024.

The Company will on 30 September 2024 repay in cash the sum of GBP 107,822 including interest in respect of 1,000 notes.

The Company will issue 101,083,050 new ordinary shares of the Company in relation to conversion of the remaining 750 convertible loan notes plus interest. An application for the admission to trading on AIM of these new ordinary shares is expected to be made on or around 30 September 2024.

It's difficult to catch the bottom on AIM shares. 0.09p is a decent price though. There are lots to duds on AIM, but at least SYN will eventually have an income which is more than can be said of many others. Roland seems quite honest, which I like. I just hope he doesn't bow to pressure again and come up with unrealistic timelines.

So now we have Mr india and JHFH inferring a placing is coming, history is repeating itself it seems.
