That's one way of looking at it but that doesn't change the fact when these shares are issued, the value of existing shares will drop by 30% approx. Not insignificant IMO. This is on top of the disappointing progress so far and the fact it has been suspended for over 3 months with no timeline for it being lifted. Not a good look in my book.
The mcap is still low, if good news can be delivered but it doesn't sound like much progress has happened. It took 3 months just to access their bank statements.
Merely saying, people don't like knowing dilution is coming and it often suppresses the sp. Ppp are going to have to release some very good news to counteract this.
Anyway, it is what it is... Now everyone will be expecting a 30% dilution at some point which will undoubtedly suppress the sp until it happens. So hopefully it will happen ASAP. Sp will drop to 6p. Then what happens next is up to the news flow.
NU, if you were going to be the recipient of the shares and you got to make the decision as to what sp to issue them at... Then when would you choose??
