Elegance, I agree but at this stage we might as well just wait for some proper news on revenue because that's all that really matters now. It does feel awfully slow. Concerned how long the money from the raise will last and what happens to bridge the gap next time?? Shouldn't they be streamlining staff and operations on CCS to slow the cash burn? What a dire situation to be in when it was all looking so rosy.

They are going to need some more money at some point in the future so they don't have a choice but to start caring about the sp.

To be honest, it's a actually a gift for LTH's if they feel inclined to average down. I never thought I'd see this price after the JV announcement.

It's not a good look, that's for sure! Just shows how mismanagement of shareholder expectations and cash flow issues, along with a fading AIM market, can decimate a company's mcap.

True Stuart. Have to say, I have never heard of a company borrowing shares off directors to do a raise and get round regulations. Stinks IMO.

Stuart, it's not even a raise in the traditional sense. The company won't benefit from the money. Only the director/group who lent the shares will benefit. So it doesn't stop the need to raise working capital in the future. Anyway, happy days, it seems no one is remotely bothered or wants to appear to be anyway.

I'm not sure if it is just directors. There seems to be a few contributors so I would have to look at it again. I don't think there will be a guarantee that the shares won't be sold personally.

Ctsfo, I think zag means the directors won't be selling them.

That's one way of looking at it but that doesn't change the fact when these shares are issued, the value of existing shares will drop by 30% approx. Not insignificant IMO. This is on top of the disappointing progress so far and the fact it has been suspended for over 3 months with no timeline for it being lifted. Not a good look in my book.

Zag, there will be dilution... The mcap will have to be split between a third more shares.
