Why?? He hasn't actually done anything to help ppp or shareholders as yet and he has a long association with ppp so cannot be absolved of all the current issues. He didn't even clearly communicate what the current issues are. I'm afraid, if you can't find worrying holes in what he has done so far, then you are definitely not looking. I don't trust either of them and some of the posters on this board are here purely to influence the board either to support TE or SL IMO.

If the goal is to raise a certain amount then you can price higher and issue less shares... Not necessarily issue all 8m. So it really depends on what they are trying to achieve. To be honest I think either the shares will go to mates or won't go anywhere.

I agree though NU, if it were to be done purely based on the numbers then you would be right but that's not the way it works, otherwise wouldn't have syndicate desks/directors having final say.

Yes NU so or depends on the placing price decided by the Directors. Just because someone puts a bid in at 9p doesn't mean it will get filled and drag the placing price lower. It's for the directors to decide where to price. So if they decide 12p works and brings in enough cash then someone who has bid 10p won't get any. However, someone who has bid 15p will only pay 12p.

I hope so AIMforRetirement. They cannot be allowed to get away with it.

Let's just hope this gets sorted and a decent outcome for all ASAP. Fed up of this TE v SL narrative. Theres obviously a battle between then and it's on here too. Couldn't care less about either of them, just don't want them to get away with fraudulent activities at our expense.

It's unlikely that anyone will call an EGM if this placement goes well, the accounts are published, ppp returns from suspension and the GV deal goes ahead. However, if that doesn't happen, what other alternative is there?
