Wow that W-8 BEN form is gonna be a pain in the a*se.. don't really know what to put in Part II Section 10 - what 'Article & Paragraph' is it and what % figure should be used?

Hi Hooligan - I've received notification of corporate action today from Halifax, but nothing about voting either. They have received my NYSE Subscriber form and say I can trade SAND as soon as the deal has gone through - (if it goes through that is!)

Takeover vote on the 16th June If >75% 'yes' then: Last trading day on AIM 23rd June Incorporation court clearance in Guernsey 30th June First trading on NYSE 1st July? Is this right? Thanks Spud

Well said itsyou. Sounds like blatant insider dealing and withholding of relevant information that should have been passed to the market in a 'timely' fashion. If it is so obvious to us.. why isn't it obvious to the authorities..or more likely, it is Cap'n

Probably was the CFD long trade for MAN just announced. Looks like they are leveraging up at 94p - hope I'm not misunderstanding things but it does seem to bode well?
