$300k AUS isn't very much is it? It wouldn't cover a hefty legal battle would it?.. So is one to assume that (with some payments now made by GSPC) that some sort of agreement is in the pipeline? Whatever happens Oilex need a serious injection of cash to move anything forward. I reckon the JV will be switched to 70/30 in Oilex's favour to cover the cash calls.. what do you all think?

Hi Cookie - I don't think GSPC will pull out without a fight of some sort (or a deal to keep a % at least). They may leave it to the wire or already be in negotiations - who knows?

I've lost 000's here thanks to Miller and cronies and my last attempt to recoup some back is coming in at 0.29, so I haven't got far to look ahead - but I'm down yet again! If it makes 0.5 then I'm saddling up and getting the hell out..

It is anticipated that the geophysics program will start in August 2018. The programme will consist of a bloke with 2 bent twigs and an 'eye for something in the ground'

Not too sure.. they already have other litigation going on and are allegedly struggling to pay their debts http://www.dnaindia.com/business/report-saddled-with-rs-13000-cr-debt-gujarat-state-petroleum-corporation-wants-loans-restructured-2620963 They have written off lots of exploration costs already and perhaps may be in the mood to write off their 55% (or come to a more financially amicable arrangement perhaps) rather than hand over the $3m odd that they owe Oilex.

What do we think this statement means? "should GSPC fail to comply with the EoD Notice and a legal or regulatory challenge occurs, it may be necessary for Oilex to consider other remedial strategies" What other strategy is there to do except chuck some money into a fighting fund (JS already has experience of litigation whilst working for Oilex) or pull out of Cambay completely? What exactly are GSPC going to gain from fighting the PSC windup as: a) it is going to cost them financially and b) if they win then Oilex will just halt Cambay where it is and leave it unworkable for anyone for the next decade.

...so who has dumped the biggie at 10.30? Or should that question be pointed at someone on the BOD?

At this rate they will have to consolidate the share price. Just how long do things take to resolve? Are they just a bunch of billy bulshi**rs taking a rake till the end game is played out or is there an actual glimmer of hope?

...and that is only a couple of weeks away. Watching for the upcoming SP action. We could do with a dividend announcement too...whoosh!
