I'm assuming it is either exchange, as it is UK regulations (as long as the broker is applying them) that is preventing us from buying them as it seems Sandstorm can't be bothered to filing the correct KID paperwork. I find this a bit odd as I've done a bit of research and think its only ETF's and suchlike that come under then PRIIP regs?
As an EU investor you can't buy SANDSTORM shares now because they haven't complied with PRIIP and issued a KID to investors?
This is from Halifax where I have just tried to up my holding. Very frustrating - you can hold and sell, just not buy any more. I would be interested to hear other people's opinions/experiences.
Hmm..where have you been hiding till now Mr Investor? With less than 20 posts to your name, you seem to have a very good grasp of investment prospects with Oilex.. call me suspicious but I wonder if you have had previous aliases here.. or even be working this on an erm.. “non--personal basis”? :o
So the petition is to get Oilex around the arbitration table? (or has this process been initiated by Oilex to force GSPC to attend?)
Why oh why has this taken so long? For the last 2 years the BOD have repeated many times that communication channels are 'open' with GSPC, so surely arbitration must have been discussed at some point? What have they been talking about over this time?
Yes 16:26 Chesh - sorry fat finger syndrome on my phone! I must be mad putting more in here but my avg is now .20 - hopefully we will have some volativety over the next 2 weeks which will allow me a graceful exit!
Managing Director, Joe Salomon, said: "We are confident that the Company has followed the correct legal process and intends to fully enforce its rights as necessary to facilitate the successful development of the Cambay Project."
Should one be topping up here? Its a multibagger if Joe's confidence pays off...
