it's got bugger all to do with PR.
Sancrai is dead
Tunisia pumps are another quarter when we were expecting them this year
Compression also delayed.
For a tiny company, those things are gonna hurt, and that's the risk we take in investing.
Results are OK, prospects are good, but the transformational plays are delayed vs what I was hoping for in the middle of this year when I invested.
Sancrai..dead
Tunisia pumps....another quarter
Compression...more delays
Can;t blame the board, Sancrai is the risk we take in investing in tiny companies. Only one thing needs to go wrong for the company to get battered.
On top of that, the european development bank will now be selling off to honour their commitment to get out of O&G. gonna be a flat 3 months.
I'm familiar with all the prospects. My question was regarding timing. Nothing is happening for the next 9 months. So why would there be a surge in price with no catalysts?
Unless there is newsflow expected that I'm not familiar with?
I watched the director talk interview and if I understand it well, they're expecting seismic results in November, which they will use to get a CPR done for the farmout in Q4 2022.
Why the excitement now in message boards, if nothing is going to happen for another 10 months?
Thanks.
"The most recent wells in Namibia were drilled at a low
cost of $16m and $26m respectively".
From the broker report.
This seems very low for offshore drilling. Is the prospect in shallow water?
Does anyone have an idea of what drills they're referring to?
Thanks.
I'm trying to work out how they're planning on getting their warrant targets of 12p.
They are hoping the rig contract will be enough to cause a rally.
Looking back at the price trend, there was a sharp rise just before the placing in July. They were clearly waiting for this.
For those longer holders, do you remember what drove this?
As far as I can see there was no PR (they're only using proactive investors as far as I can tell). Was there an aim pump going on? Anything on twitter,?
Just trying to work out how effective their pumping is.
Thanks.
