well, that’s nice, hello 7xx! - but now i feel greedy for just a few more

it is not up to the nomad to ensure that correct procedures
are met … that is the responsibility of ADME’s own BoD.

the nomad’s duty is to provide advice and information to the BoD, to
help ensure that the BoD are sufficiently aware of what *the BoD* are
*meant* to do to be compliant with AIM regs. - it is not the duty of the
nomad to check up that the company does actually comply with those
requirements, nor is it the nomad’s job to challenge the BoD, or investigate,
regarding info that the company’s BoD has chosen to release or to withhold.

questions i offered you on saturday, regarding osa’s supposed
‘trustworthiness’ - wanna attempt to justify your trust in him?

getting increasingly sticky for ADME, if one follows twitter.

? how much longer can this company remain unsuspended /
keep its nomad? the stench seems very powerful by this stage.

… having a balanced portfolio helps avoid panic….

market rotation out of some tech & growth stocks in anticipation of eventual
economic reopening - plus growing & associated inflationary pressures - as covid
risks [supposely] recede, means market rotation into some of the previously rather
unloved financial stocks, and further boosts to some of the oil and commodity
stocks. … so my SMT has fallen, but stuff like AV., RDSB, MNG etc has bubbled
up very nicely,, and so i’ve been able to take some small slices off those value
stocks to make small top ups of SMT & similar shares. (? going forward, some
interesting questions can include, how much of moderna’s value relates to its
covid19 vaccine per se, versus its broader understanding & IP re mRNA Txs?)

gl all honest folks, let’s hope 2022 will be a good one.

a sequence of small buys at 0.85 yesterday managed to
provide enough cover for someone to dump £15,000 at
0.75p. looks like someone may be at same game today.

another rough day for SMT, poor thing.

added small again, but that’s
enough for now, full up (*burp*).

cashed in a small slice this afternoon, but remaining long.

probably more importantly, lots of money switching into other types of value shares
today (rightly or wrongly, lol) as people look at relatively encouraging omicron data
e.g. cash going into the oil majors & financials (look at e.g. RDSB, AV., MNG in the UK).

… and increasing concerns medium term re inflation? - so some pharmas
getting hit a bit, but also some tech stocks, e.g. look at SMT well down today.

& again.

trimmed a couple around 1708 to top
up elsewhere, but remaining long.

russian invasion of ukraine seems to be looking increasingly likely,
probably during january. any sensible guesses from folks on here
about RDSB price reaction in short & medium term if that happens?

second question, if boris does attempt some kind of windfall tax on
energy companies as part of a political sop to soften householder
bills in 2022 from rising gas prices etc, is it likely that RDSB would
come into the crosshairs for that, or more likely targeted to a much
smaller subset of companies (e.g. the london arm of gazprom?)

appreciate these are only speculative
scenarios, but any thoughts welcome.

that would make sense to me, tho’ likewise i‘m no accountant.

never seen any info about that one way or the other. one of the
difficulties for ordinary shareholders here (or indeed prospective
investors if anyone was feeling brave), is that detailed financial info
regarding aje has always been almost entirely lacking. so it remains
unknown how much project debt ADME still owes, for instance, and
as the two existing aje wells continue to deplete, there is no extant info
i can see to show whether a reserve of abandonment fees has been
building up in escrow, or conversely anyone buying into aje would also
be taking on that liabilty wholly or largely unfunded. it would be nice
if align could publish the basis on which they think ADME’s stake is worth
$15 million, but given how little financial detail is available i suspect it
was just a very over-optimistic finger in the air. (richie, if you are reading
this board, please do post the calcs you used to estimate $15m? - tia.)

nope, you haven’t presented any substantive evidence that there are significant
short positions out against ADME. the most you’ve been able to point to has
been robertsham’s posts on this chat board, and he is hardly a credible source.

in case you hadn’t noticed, trafigura have not yet handed over one single
solitary dollar to ADME. nor has there been any promise that they will do so.

do you think that osa has kept the promises he made about ADME’s
share price being 15p by last xmas, or about getting 3 deals a year?
did he actually bring any bacon home for shareholders from their
marginal field bid? did he deliver that barracuda CPR which they
said back in may would only take a few *weeks*? did he deliver
a credible funding partner for ADME with DBI? why on earth didn’t
he tell shareholders long, long ago about the dispute with NHNL?
did he deliver on those 4000 bopd from barracuda in H2 ‘21? etc, etc.

(PS … maybe also worth taking a look at some of the peeps that
trafigura has sometimes been willing to talk to over the years? …
some of them have been utter scum. but no insult intend to trafigura
themselves, who I’m sure are all totally upstanding very fine citizens.
but as a smartly dress gent in pall mall told me several decades ago, “it’s
part of the job to deal with some truly despicable, untrustworthy people.”)

what shorters ginksy? - so far you have not produced any meaningful
evidence that there is any significant shorting going on in ADME shares.

(nor have you offered evidence about osa & co being very trustworthy.)
