hi ginksy. you are clearly quite a big fan of osa, and of course you are
entitled to your own views. when osa first became CEO at ADME, there
were some rampers on this board & elsewhere who seemed v enthusiastic
about him, and said what a great track record osa had. i asked them to
highlight *any* public listed companies where osa had been a director,
and which had made *ordinary shareholders* good money ( - given that
the record at companies house just seemed to show his association
with a long list of failed / struck-off / moribund / worthless companies).

unfortunately, none of the rampers were able to highlight
any publicly listed company where osa was a director and
which had made good money for the ordinary shareholders.

?… given that you are a big fan of osa, and seem to have
some kind of connection with him, please could you tell
us any public companies where osa as director really did
make good profits for the ordinary shareholders? … tia.

there is a long history at ADME (and before that MXO) of
peeps throwing around big numbers as exciting future
‘potential’ ( - without attention to likely costs and risks).

but the history on actually *delivering* anything
at all that rewards shareholders is very, very bad.

that guff about producing 4000 bopd from
barracuda in H2 2021 is a case in point.

access to funds *if* they get the go ahead from trafigura.’

also worth noting, all funding comes at a cost!
- and ADME’s bargaining position is very weak.

ginksy rather gives the game away, with his very narrow
focus on trying to keep osa’s nose deep in the trough, rather
than any interest or concern about what an absolutely terrible
investment ADME has been for shareholders year after year.

i don’t know if he’s a member of the BoD, or a relative of the BoD, or just
works for one of the companies paid by ADME to broker their shares &/or
promote their shares, but imv he’s acting as an apologist for the BoD, rather
than posting from the perspective of an ordinary shareholder in ADME.

bottom line, this BoD’s interests are not aligned with ordinary shareholders.

caveat emptor, and if s/holders let ‘em keep going, clear where it’s heading…

but while we’re at it, also at a factual level, it’s really important that holders
vote to keep osa as CEO, because that way he can keep his nose in the trough
(? extracting c. quarter of a milllion/year? - hard to know what his ‘expenses’
really are!) & that way he can prevent anyone looking too closely at past dealings.

every year this lot are in charge, they siphon off £££ while s/holders keep losing.

trafigura haven’t provided ADME with one single dollar.

i don’t think it makes much difference whether holders vote for osa or richie.

they are both utterly inept, imv, & whichever of them wins will still have to
try to raise another big chunk of cash within a few weeks, which is going to
come at a horrible discount, even if they can find more suckers to take part.

increasing expectations of inflationary environment being higher, & for longer.

evergrande debacle continues, & china’s zero covid approach, and its reliance on
the inferior sinovac vaccine, doesn’t bode well with omicron’s superb transmissibility.

outlining *positive* points re the company’s asset[s?], to provide
some additional balance in the discussion here? …focusing on
issues of actual value and fundamentals would be a refreshing
change from your repetitive refrain that (a) osa is marvellous & (b)
everything that has gone wrong is all the fault of an organised evil
shorting conspiracy, presumably in cahoots with the lizard overlords.

looks like align withdrew their coverage of ADME a few days before this (9th dec?)
and then issued that statement on their blog saying they were calling to overthrow
osa a couple of days after those norwegian arrests (? 16th dec?). so these things
might all simply be coincidences wrt timing, although it is interesting that those
trying to pump ADME have often tried to use the prospect of petronor’s deal as
a reason to be optimistic about ADME’s prospects. …plenty of interest to watch.

aviva’s share price now about 54.9 pence higher than it was when our old pal
Porsche1946 last posted in late november (i.e. up c. 14.55% in about six weeks).

his usual mantra has been to say how dreadful all value shares & british shares
are, and to repeatedly advise that peers dump them to buy US growth stocks.

wonder if he will reappear soon to expand on his thesis in light of recent
market moves? (… maybe that’s a bit like saying “candyman” a few times?)
