well, this is rather nice.

everything was lost for pi punters who got lured in by the BoD & rampers many
years ago. hepran, fonters, unclemonty, neo, squid, williams and all that crew
should be ashamed of themselves. FCA still investigating, but a meaningful
outcome from that seems somewhat unlikely imv given dawdling time-scale.

i added earlier this morning, there were some nice prices out there.

horrible mess in ukraine, and it’s gonna be remarkably choppy in the
markets, but aviva i think offers good value here, given the more focused
nature of the biz, strong cash / FCF position, intriguing capital return news
yet to come, good and sustainable divi, easing solvency requirements, etc.

hardly! RNS says that align still have 10,904,031 shares.

that refers to the january position, but there’s been very
little volume since, so seems unlikely it’s changed much.

10.9 million, tbf, but what the heck, what’s
a 100, 000 ADME shares, here or there?!

oops, soz, my bad! - not noticing that the RNS is primarily a late
notification about the dilution of align’s percentage of the company.

back on 18/11/20, ADME RNS’d that align had about 11.8 million shares, i.e.
about 12% of the company which declared c. 98 million shares in issue then.

here we are about 15 months later, and the number of shares in issue
have ballooned to circa 255 million shares (! - wow, look at the dilution,
and plenty more to come!), while align seem to have dropped about one
million of their shares somewhere en route (don’t think they’d mentioned
that before, had they?), now claim to be holding circa 10.8 million shares.

looks like align took a whole *month* to notify that
they dumped 8% of the company back in january - lol!

reluctantly sold a small sliver to take more AV.

poor SMT still taking a hammering, no sign of a floor in sight. (cruise missiles
slamming into government offices in kiev wouldn’t help if it all kicked off…)

so, added this morning, gulp, but only smallish as looks
like there may well be more on offer cheaper before too long.
