plan now will be to sell off the aje stake. will be interesting
to see what they can actually get for it, in the real world.)

given the past history of serious spoofing involving ADME
(e.g. johnny hon, GPDC, the so-called sheikh, DBI … it would
probably be sensible to check that tennessee black gold do
actually exist, and whether they actually have any money.

but working for the moment on the assumption that they do, one
wonders what they hope to be getting out of this? ( - let’s assume
just for the present that they *haven’t* been paid any additional
undeclared sweetener, as that’d just be way, way too naughty.)

likely then, either (a) they are genuinely interested in the prospects
of how the stake in aje can be transformed into a cash-producing
asset rather than an uneconomic money-draining black hole, or
(b) they already have some kind of interest or connection to an
unlisted O&E ‘asset’ which they hope to inject into ADME at some
point, using this as the rampy talking point to generate a share
price spike & a placing, which they could use to sucker in yet more
pi’s whilst giving them chances to dump. [… my own guess is (b).]

it’s good that worthless parasite osa is being ejected, but he’s done
OK for himself, extracting loads of cash from ADME for zilch outcome.
the remaining BoD members have all been complicit in enabling or
tolerating osa’s worthless tenure here, & they should all go too. ajmho.

sacking osa is a good cost-cutting step.

the next one should be getting rid of every single director who
had anything to do with this company’s ludicrously self-serving
renumeration policy. bunch of porkers voting ‘emselves extra votes
at the trough, despite accomplishing nothing at all for shareholders.

the rumour is, osa’s being poached by liz truss as her next chancellor.
apparently she thinks he’s got the right kind of communication skills,
financial know-how, competence and trustworthiness that’s needed in
that job. (plus, boris has vouched for osa’s personal integrity & honesty.)

about the company & its shares, which i do appreciate ( - not always
the case on LSE chatboards! - ) so i hope it might come good for you.

but me, i think this is just yet another attempted pump and dump
to let some of the hurting holders & insiders out and sucker new
punters in to be left holding the baby. the last feeble pump & dump
on the panoro/petronor news wore off very quickly indeed, & i suspect
this one will too. (? unclear if they are trying to use the impending
court date to prime the pump, or if the point is more that they are
desperate to get the dump away before a court outcome lands?)

has no cash and risks trading while insolvent.

another possible issue could be litigation risk … ? might some
clients sue AV. etc. for bad advice on risk management re LDIs?

ADME shares have now halved in price over the three months since
the mini-spike on 13th july (linked with petronor deal completion).

that was the last time there was any volume at all in ADME shares,
since folks like PW were using that RNS to exit — lobster-pot now.

? presumably some still hoping they can try to exit on some court news next
month? … neck & neck between that vs suspension for insolvent trading imv.

and to think that PHNX was meant to be
one of the most boring shares out there, lol.

if you want to retire early, why not just rent a stand at some
tech expo, buy a lot of empty cardboard boxes to stack up in
a pile there, put out an RNS saying you are building a runway
somewhere, and another one making an entirely false claim
that you have hired a respected senior industry figure to run
your business, and then stick up a count-down clock on a
cheap go-daddy website.then just sit back and let the cash
roll in. simples! (…in fact, it’s a marvel no-one’s tried that yet.)

they are claiming (unaudited!) that they still had a bit of cash left at the
end of june. but it’s three months on from that now, and they will have
continued to burn more cash in each of those three months since then.

not just a waiting game on aje or barracuda, it’s a waiting game on
them being placed into administration / suspended etc, imv, since
it is not legal for a company to continue trading whilst insolvent.

they have no cash left,
they have ongoing liabilities,
they have nothing coming in.

the main challenge for ADME going forward is trying
to find an auditor who won’t raise serious questions
about whether they are now trading whilst insolvent.

- this company has no cash left but even
now is still burning large sums every month.
