TT I don’t think it’s hysteria, not from me anyway. It’s experience. I’ve seen many shares (inc aaog) Imo, a share drops from 11p plus to near on yearly low of 6p with no bad news declared to the market, some 80% drop. I’m sorry, and as I say it’s my view only, but that happens when the market has wind of something We know there is a risk of a raise, we know we have legal issues with SMP and non payment which is likely to be a potential costly legal issue if we can’t resolve I could be off the mark, but not many shares drop by that % on nothing prior to an AGM and not on huge volume or liquidity

I would imagine the contracts are already drafted and agreed, it’s probably just a signatory issue now. Guess it depends on how far the legal team have progressed exact details into the contract (it’s one thing having terms agreed, it’s another putting these into a Contract and all wording be agreed by the lawyers). You’d like to think it’s just a case of final words and signatories now I’m not expecting anything for at least 2 weeks knowing from my own experience how these things can drag even at the final hurdle, not to mention the internal logistics and politics of large corporate partners processes

As I say, needs meat on the bones for the market to take note. 2-4 weeks is my guess given legal back and forths but nicely de risked in any case as we know we have a deal done now

Needs detail to really rise. De risked imo but still not price rocket news Could still be a couple of weeks yet before details of the transaction come out but I would imagine at these prices you’d be hard forced to lose now on any deal
