Been holding here for around 4 years, mainly in my SIPP. Only recently started looking in more, given now added to an isa. Only £4K but a lot for me.
I’m trying to get my head around the bonds and effect on share price.

Is there anyone that can simply and in laymen’s terms explain to me the importance of the bonds and the risk/reward? I’m assuming Sirius sell the bonds at a given price? But not sure how that influences mcap or price

You have those that are called de ramping for having a genuine opinion on a “discussion” board, shouted off the board and abused for actually stating logic most of the time

Then you have the same people abusing being the ones calling 20p today, 15p into close, yada yada. But apparently ramping is ok, keep quiet on that

If you look at all those 200k, 300k buys, it’s been consistent each day, but every time the ask is dropping/buy price dropping. They are all buys but for some reason buying is causing the drop each time. Was like it last week too

Lots of very rounded trades the last few days. Either someone mopping up or someone quietly unloading. I thought my top up at 1.58 was cheap but Jesus

Brom I’m no legal eagle but my understanding is the condition precedents would hold up signing? If it’s I’m regard to working interest it could be 3rd party issues to sign off on ie government, name changes, license tweaks etc

Imo all these could be the “condition president” and once dealt with final contracts can be signed

I assume it’s similar to taking out a mortgage when you have a large loan/credit card. The mortgage company make it “condition precedent” to having the mortgage funds released for the purchase upon clearing your existing loan/credit card (ie CP).

I think you have to cover all bases. Redmoor is too important to lose. I think JP was probably trying to keep us updated which is more than most bods but sometimes I can also work against you on aim

In theory 100% of redmoor and $4mil cash plus clients off taking again should see us a lot higher than we are now. It’s just patience until the money drops
