Either very clever or very stupid, no doubt they will win like they always do, never seen an II shorter burn yet. They’ll get the nod when to close be sure of that.

Unless they are also long of course and spread betting

Just doesn’t fill your run of the mill PI with confidence when II are shorting this close to potentially major re rating news

(Sure there are a lot more experienced investors on this board that have a better understanding)

CB, can’t see it myself, as anyone selling for a TO would be shooting themselves in the foot selling to a third party to then be taken over....they are reducing their position in that case just before a TO. Makes no sense

If you look at the daily trading pattern you can see the buys and sells are all happening at the same day

Usually you see some consistent sells for weeks (like Bloe currently) then a few buys but this is too consistent nearly equaling buys/sells each day without fail in round numbers, manipulating timings as to keep spread tight

Dan, likely (imo) as to manage the price

Remember we have small free float. If directors selling for “A Another” to buy everyone would be seeing it, price would rise, all parties would lose (especially if issue of new shares isn’t on the cards)

This would explain the consistent buys/sells
This would explain the very managed small spread
This would explain the trading pattern (daily)

If we have a TR1 with a director reduction then I would say there is your golden ticket

Look at this way, someone is massively off loading, and someone is massively buying (taking those shares each day). We aren’t seeing weeks of sells and then days of buys. The sales/buys are daily consistent

Held really well after 120% yesterday and strong bounce of 1750.
Picked a few more up at 1774
Once the profit taking and II seller goes this will rocket with such small free float imo

Look how amazing well it’s holding even with seller

A lot of ATs so also likely being held in this range imo

Imo it’s a transfer of shares from one party to another being done open market as it’s clearly being manipulated so the spread is within 119/121 so neither party loses out

As I say, imo only, but I have only seen this once before. Could go on for a few months however but certainly looks like something being managed here.

May well not have much of an effect on the share price (as we are clearly seeing) given it’s a simple buy/sell movement of shares cross parties, but certainly looks interesting

It wouldn’t surprise me if the transfer of shares to a partner is happening, but, as with the other stock I saw this happening on, it went on for months (which, coincidently would tie in with end of H2 partner news)

Would expect a heavy bounce off 1700, given unrestricted cash equivalent to mcap at that level (ish).
