The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
People starting to get in ready for a potential transformational RNS on Tuesday. FOMO kicking in and expect the SP to head toward the recent high tomorrow ready for next week. Cathal booked in to Proactive Investor evening on Thursday as well all points to a very good week.
Cathal advised in his latest interview that HVIVO (ORPH) would be concentrating more on the private sector antibody tests because for one you get a better margin. He acknowledged Roche's test and said there's plenty of time to catch them up. Financial information on HVIVO antibody tests due Tuesday IMHO.
We are all guessing what potential revenues could be with the Quotient Contract but you must remember one word that Cathal used "transformational". £10 million a year isn't transformational.
The answer is the Executive Chairman Cathal Friel. He has his family and friends invested in this as well therefore he's going to get the best deal he possibly can as he is the one that will lose the most. People worrying daily about the share price are just traders but long term investors who will definitely be rewarded the most will just top up on any dips and not worry about the share price fluctuations.
Known revenue of £30 million?? Cathal has always stated many times in interviews that he is very confident of doing at least £40 million of revenue this year and this doesn't include any potential revenue from the COVID challenge study model and recent antibody testing Contract/Partnership.
6.55p was when somebody with an apparent fair view first commented on this company. Just think they could have doubled their money if they had invested then.
Real shareholders know when the clinic will reopen as Cathal has advised a couple of times lately during his interviews. A little hint for people who haven't researched the company.............it's a matter of days before it's re-opened.
I agree and even if FDA approval isn't fast tracked then Q3 2020 for the application to be submitted isn't that far away anyway.
Interesting listen from POLX's biggest shareholder, thank you Diversified. Volume increased again today, news about fast tracking FDA approval can't be that long away now.
Bank holiday cash coming off the table, nobody can go anywhere to spend money. I think Neil's subject title also tells us all we need to know.
from Neil and traders (75% of them lose money), just stick to your research and hold because anybody who can sit on their hands for 6 months or so will be highly rewarded.
To Diversified and any other genuine shareholder who may know the answer,
If FDA approve POLX's fast track proposal then that would bring the application forward by a few months. It's believed the time duration for when the application is put in to getting a FDA decision is 9 months. If POLX are successful with the fast tracking then does anybody know whether the 9 months wait for a decision still applies or would they fast track this as well therefore get a quicker decision?
Also does anybody see there being a problem with getting FDA approval? I know nothing is certain in life but was wondering if anybody had any concerns on it being rejected?
Thank you for any help received.
Cathal aims to RNS that ORPH is a profitable company by end of Q2 so no more share dilution. All of this is known information and out in the public demain.
Can sell my entire holding at the share price but can't buy as goes to NT. Expecting a SP rise of some sort this afternoon.
It's up to the seller to advise the company of their % holdings when they cross a % threshold therefore not the fault of ORPH.
Just popped up from yesterday. It appear buys = £40.75K and sells = £208.80K therefore another step forward until the remaining HVIVO legacy holders are out. The SP has increased circa 30% lately and they have sold into the rise so imagine what the SP will do once they're out.
Recommended your post as usual Diversified. Topped up again this morning in case the SP started to run away with itself because know when this moves it moves. Still got a couple more top ups in me as and when but I'm hear for the long term as believe all long term shareholders will be heavily rewarded and ultimately the company will be bought out in the future for many many multiples of today's SP.
Hi Chasrutledge and Rickylfc5. Any chance you could copy and paste here what Cathal said to you in his e-mail to other loyal shareholders? If so thank you in advance.
Whats your personal target if you don't mind me asking Brooko19? I have a market cap value in mind of what I think they could sell the business for but very interested in what other genuine shareholders think as well! Is this personal target you have by the summer or when the company is sold end of the year/start of next year? Thanks.
Yes some big buys are definitely paying over the Ask price aren't they.
