RE: Well I expected a bit more of a rise3 Nov 2021 17:58
Hi Jay. When /if an offer for the 5% comes the BOD will have all the info at hand to make a decision, we will not. I doubt if there is one PI amongst us that could make an informed decision on value. ATB Speedy
RE: Well I expected a bit more of a rise3 Nov 2021 17:52
Hi Mh01. You are correct. So our holdings have no bearing on the matter. Lets all hope S.D. has his wits about him when/if the offer comes, as i am sure he will. ATB Speedy
RE: Well I expected a bit more of a rise3 Nov 2021 17:37
Hi Ben. Anything over Β£1 but it really depends on where we are at the time of the offer. I must admit if i were in the mining game i would be looking at GGP and circling like a shark. ATB Speedy
Hi Gloucester. I posted some while ago about BTC and my thoughts on the asset. I said there is room in a portfolio for both and i will have a very small punt on BTC after the next major correction. I normally steer clear of ETFs but for BTC it seems to be the easiest and safest way. Any tips on which on is the best. ATB Speedy
Hi Monty. There are so many "experts" around giving both sides of the argument. I have a very open mind and, like you, listen to the pros and cons of QE. For me the stand out issues are, over valued equity markets, over valued Residential property, crazy rental market market due to very very low interest rates. negative real rates. It is not so much about if QE is money printing or not but more about where that QE ends up and without doubt a large amount of it filters down into the economy. Gold is in a hard place at the moment but i am 100% certain that the upside trajectory that has been going since 1971 will continue and escalate. ATB Speedy
Hi Monty. I respect your view regards inflation /POG. However, your thoughts that current inflation is due to supply/issues does not take into account the a real inflation rates prior to supply issues. Anyone spending over the last 10 years is fully aware the real rate of inflation was well above the gov stated 1% or 2%. The money filtering down from over inflated markets into the economy will see inflation running high for the forseeable future. What also effects the POG is negative real rates and they are here to stay (until it goes pop). There has never been a better time to buy into the PMs space and GGP is a leveraged bet on the POG. Hi All. The consolidated response to the LSE wrong doings over the last few days will pale into insignificance compared to the response to a low ball offer (if one comes) for our great co. What this weekend has proven is the ability for the PI base of this co to stand together. Long may it continue. ATB Speedy
The name is GREATland for a reason2 Nov 2021 17:02
Hi All. Too much ado about nothing here and i am sure Paddy, Hydro etc are grown ups and are capable of dealing with this wrong doing by LSE in their own time. GGP is by far my biggest investment (apart from PMs) and will remain so until a B.O./T.O. or the SP hits a figure i am happy with (in excess of Β£1). We PIs collectively own a majority of this GREAT co and will be rewarded for our involvement in creating such a GREAT co. Forget all the downside pressure as it will not last and in the not too distant future a true value will be found. ATB Speedy
Hi All. Just had my last post removed. We must be near the truth. The action in the GGP SP is uncannily like the action in the gold space. Sales going thru at strategic times to turn the action negative. The trades appear to be "not for profit" but in my experience there is always a motive for such action. Remember this "all manipulated markets return to true value" and there will be large profits to be made when this turns. ATB Speedy
Hi Bamps. The depths that disruptors will stoop to is mind blowing. I have been accused here of being "clueless" "a door to door sales man". I could go on but you get the idea. This BB is the best by far and we need to keep up the factual and informative posts about our assets. My advice to you is take a small well earned rest. There are many here who will miss your input and new comers gain massive amounts of positivity from your posts. We will endeavour to hold the fort in your absence, dont be gone too long. ATB Speedy

Hi Bamps. I would just care to add, what a great asset you are to this group of investors in GGP. Your selfless contributions need recognition. I suggest a free ride at the next Stag, I would gladly help towards your food, drinks and bed for the night as no doubt would all the good folks who meet there. ATB Speedy

Hi Bamps. A model of Hav for the next stag meet would be ill advised. The realization of the size would cause so much excitement we all might get carried away and drink too much. Bring it on. ATB Speedy
Hi Hydro. The geos know what comes up with the cores but are unable to report this to market prior to independent essay. Any news leaked prior to this and acted upon could be construed as "insider trading" Could this be the reason you are getting so much flak? Your posts are great but i think you should be cautious. Or am i barking up the wrong tree? ATB Speedy
