Hi Ace. The $7000/oz prediction for the POG for 2030 is a understatement by massive proportions. I say that with one caveat. The USA $ may recover by paying off $100trillion in debt. There is as much chance of that as GGP reaching Mickeys £1.44p tomorrow.
The derivative market is blowing up as we speak and not many of the big commercial banks will survive in their present form, i suspect a few central banks will be in sever trouble as well. There are two ways out of this debt timebomb, one is to print to infinity the other is to default. Either way fiat is finished and gold will re take its position as the only real money. ATB Speedy

Hi Panama. I know of an exploration Co that has an enviable amount of good prospects in a safe place with huge potential for massive price increases. Most explorers are cash strapped, the Co i know of is not, and has a dozen chances of hitting it big and has the opportunity to let investors in at the sweet spot on the Lassonde curve many times over. I do not like giving tips (apart from buy physical gold) so i will leave it up to you to work out who i am talking about. Clue... it ends in gold and starts with great. ATB Speedy

Hi All. Good to see full backing for SD and the team. I imagine the rise from shorts closing has been countered by the coming 30% dilution. I am happy with todays SP, and the rise over the last week, and was thinking significant drop while the market digests the reason for a 30% dilution. Our BODs are now free to expand our co up to the next level and the dilution will be deemed as beneficial. So sit, back relax and watch in amazement at the unfolding of events coming our way. Hi Saxsondale. The quoted paper POG is totally false and physical gold carries a premium, SGE $40/oz+ over spot. Be interesting to see what JPM do with their massive stock pile of physical gold/silver. Will they attempt to suppress the market
and sell into a rise or hang on for the price appreciation gains. The fact that bullion dealers are willing to pay over spot tells you all you need to know, they have no stock and want your coins. There is very limited large amounts of gold available at these prices. ATB Speedy

Hi All. Schroders and Blackrock have just stopped paying out on their property funds until next July. This will have a massive knock on effect. This is big news and the counter party risk is very real, anyone with funds in the derivative market beware. As investors run from the collapsing market into real assets the effect on the POG will be huge. The effect of shorts closing here will be totally insignificant compared to the rush into the PMs market and we are at the top of the list.

Hi Culpepper. I agree, hyperinflation is a killer for all. The way the world is dealing with debt is a horror story unfolding in plain view. We may or may not get hyperinflation but owning physical gold will protect you from it if it does come to that. ATB Speedy

Hi Risehall. The real value/price for gold will become evident when fiat gets dumped or goes to zero via hyperinflation around the world. Hyperinflation could see the POG priced in millions of $s/oz. Russia and China want rid of the $ and want to replace it with a new reserve currency backed partly with gold. The value will increase as this bull market takes off over the next decade due to demand. You are correct about the value of gold miners. they will be the go to investment. Holding physical gold and GGP stock will be essential. ATB Speedy
