Are you seriously saying institutional and or PI’s are blacklisting the company due to comments a few years back? I doubt it very much. All investors want confirmation of improving financials and the results will give us a solid indication of that.

The November 2023 collaboration agreement with a major CT Scanner Partner must be moving (slowly) towards a successful conclusion in terms of a 'Siemens like' deal. Smaller or larger we don't know. Once this is announced it will be our 're-rating' moment. As I have said before I hope that this, just this, is holding Basu back from buying. On or before the 2-year anniversary would be ideal. In the meantime the smaller orders and grants keep rolling in. A sound financial footing is new territory for Kromek and is comforting for all holders.

A caveat of course is if a major deal is in the works, Directors wont be able to buy. In a way I hope that this is the case and something large is brewing. But once a deal is announced Directors should fill their boots, albeit (and hopefully) at a far higher price!

From my calculations they have a further $7.5m from Siemens over the next 2 years. Remember this is the enablement agreement, we have the supply agreement yet to be implemented. No figures have been set against this but clearly a factor in Kmk’s bullish growth forecasts. This should start once Siemens launches their new scannners. The size of this will obviously be determined by the success of the new range, could be very significant income over many years. However all forecasts point to an ever growing market for body and other imaging.

If the revenue projections made by the new CFO are realised then it will be a multi-bagger but not overnight. A contract on two in the next quarter should see us rise and hold (this time) in the high single digits. New investors will most likely drive this rather than wounded LTH’s. Results should give us further confidence.

The opportunity to make money for institutions or seasoned investors will be at the forefront of their minds. I doubt many will have any recall of what was said or by who in the past. We have something here and the only thing missing is a long overdue share price rerating. It will happen and as such I added a couple of days ago in preparation. It is good to see the Company reach this key milestone so quickly, however you are right to assume the market has priced it in. As this deal has set the bar high in terms of value, smaller deals wont have such a great impact moving forward as they did over the last 18-months. Though deals are more likely to be higher value now that the company is firmly in the commercial phase.

It does and should. What it will do is to significantly reduce the risk for investors. We are investing in a profitable company not one just developing IP. More contracts with the UK Government and another large scanner maker with be the real upward drivers of the share price

Great news Kromek delivering the Siemens agreement on or at advance of schedule. This milestone reflects how the company is set up for the enablement phase and we also have still the supply agreement to look forward to, which currently have no figures set against.

Yep with contracts with the MOD, UK Government and blue-chips, the Company is starting to flex its muscle

Yes TWiz small when compared to the Siemens deal but these are KMK’s bread and butter.

It is purely a waiting game now until another contract for a step up. Either the MOD or the second major scanner contract. In the background we must remember Basu & crew will want to check out in the not too distant future. 3/4 years perhaps but who knows. If this was a private equity backed project they would want to realise their asset in this exact timeframe from now. With the medium term revenue and profitability projections recently provided the share price would be well north of 25p on that basis (by then.)
