Why cant the Doc use his time producing a business plan rather than this pamphlet. They know this is the core weakness of their offer, but the fact is they don't seem to have ability or time to draft one

The company has a duty to get out the vote. The requisitioners have a newly acquired block vote and some advocates looking to pump and dump after some market mechanics are deployed. Forget long term growth. The underlying business will be damaged and the growth path destroyed by this team of short term fluffers

No one takes over a company without one. Especially in an area they have zero experience in. The ISS has seen it all before hence their recommendation. Agreed KH the team have underlying team has done a good job. Nevertheless there is heavy BOD involvement in contract wins, replacing them with a time-share board will be a disruption and challenge. How will Nick juggle his other roles in very different businesses? How much time can be truly give for his 3% stake in the company plus salary? Will he be relocating to be near to Milton Park Innovation centre in Oxford from his home in Scotland? The disruption caused by a clean sweep of the board will require the new boards 100% attention, 100% of the time at least for the first few months. Do you really think the proposed board will actually offer that? Especially when they have zero understanding of the complex scientific modelling the Company offers and their customers require.

Savings to some degree will always be found. But the future is based on simply getting and retaining more contracts to cover the cost base. A detailed marketing and BDO plan is what is needed. In Doc H's interview the only point on his plan was replacing consultants with full time staff

ILS all projects are costed to be profitable to deliver that was covered off at the recent presentation. The immediate delivery of this project is also encouraging as commercial customers see Pysiomics as a trusted partner without the need for lengthy tender processes. The business model is all about building a growing pool of numerous subscription/repeat customers, with only staff/consultant wages being the variables. Soon the point of profitability will be reached and from then on the business will be really valuable. The trajectory is clear
