I fear Jarv some LT posters are so jaded that they only hear want they want to hear. If it is a potential closed period as you, I and others say, that would account for Basu not being able to buy right now. Granted there would have been many opportunities in the past, but none of us were talking about that.

An explanation of him not buying it (at the moment) could be that he can’t. If James’ report holds true that something is brewing would mean Basu can’t buy in. Of course there would have been plenty of opportunities in the past but maybe not at the moment

Another company I invest with, it has been stated Directors can’t buy in if they know something that will make a significant material difference is known about. Similar to the closed period before results. This clearly doesn’t stop them buying year round or never but it does restrict them some what.

Raking over old coals wont get anyone anywhere. Looking for a laser focus on improving the trading outlook. This IMHO rests with exploiting the expected boom in the US. Having a high stock level perfectly aligns with this, turning a potential negative into a major positive.

I have a growing confidence in what Arnab says will come good. We are also entering a market cycle that favours the Group's products, and a high stock inventory is a bonus in these circumstances. Time to cut him and the leadership team some slack and allow them to do their job.

The best thing about physically attending an AGM is taking the temperature of the room. Do the Exec’s seem genuinely excited about the future? They are never going to give away market sensitive information but the Q&A can help fill in the gaps. I think we are in an excellent position to exploit several key facets of our business and if so finally reward LT holders who have taken a battering over several years.

The expected surge in US demand in ‘25 can be quickly met with the inventory built up. Rapid order processing will be a huge bonus and competitive advantage with the US market. Sometimes high stock levels are a good thing

By all forecasts the US economy is set to take off next year. One key area that Kromek will benefit from is the repatriation of industry to avoid threatened import tariffs. Kromek's US plant will be able to service this one in a life time opportunity with D-Matrix. I expect the US to be big for us in '25.

I might be a lone voice, but I'm not phased by the additional financing. Certainly shows confidence by a major shareholder in the future. Yes there is the question of further dilution if shares are used in lieu of cash for interest, but I think the cake will be that much larger as we build market traction, which is becoming self evident. Hold.

I'm happy with the news flow at the moment, if that changes I wont be afraid of speaking out. Just thinking you are being (a little) unfair at the moment.
