The way I see it we have potential re-rating milestones coming up. Either in the last weeks of this financial year or afterwards. We know that because of the $25m being received this financial year will be profitable well beyond forecast. But what about further potential pivot points:

1. An RNS on the Siemens supply side deal ( which has no revenue set against it as yet) Ie announcement of the supply of the first CZT tiles under the supply agreement. This multi year deal will build in size as Siemens ramps up production. Income from this deal will certainly make a material difference to next year’s figures.

2. A production deal, post the development stage, with other Tier 1 where new scanner tech is being developed. This could be due in weeks or months from now.

3. Next steps of the supply framework agreement with the UK MOD. First orders/contract wins.

4. General scanner market growth. Clinical settings are updating or increasing the number of scanner units as more and more demand for precise imaging. This natural growth will see a BAU increase in revenue across the board.

All in all a key time from Kromek and time to put past troubles to bed and reap the rewards.

And for the next few years… so certainly not a one off. The supply agreement should be larger than the $37m contract for the technology transfer in the RNS

MiningforG — the juice on this is that we could have another 8 x drill core result updates spread over the course of the next 30 days. Some may bring even better news and conversely some maybe not so good. They have also started drilling batch 2 test holes. Plenty of upside in the days to come.

From published sources. Todays results were drilled just before the RNS of 16/1/25. This drill hole was sited very close to the old mining works to set a benchmark. The remaining 8 holes were drilled in locations determined by the geology to be very significant but further away from the existing mine. These holes were all completed by 18/2/25 and sent for analysis individually. So therefore we will have most likely to have results either individual or grouped during the next 4 weeks. These results have the potential to reveal a site of vast potential beyond all of our expectation. Each batch of results, if as believed positive, could raise the share price in major steps.

Better to concentrate Battletech on actually buying the shares, which I continue to top up almost daily whilst we await further deal news.

Your view aligns with my thinking. I appreciate LTH's have a right to feel jaded, but there is a point when positivity must be given a chance. With the current trading position another contract in this division or in another will turn good results into great ones, with an improving stock price to match.

There was an excuse for Basu not buying in probably for the last 5/6 months whilst the Siemens deal was being brokered. As we all know you cant buy in during closed periods or times of materially sensitive information is imminent. Yes, you would therefore think that Basu could buy now, or it maybe he can't as another deal is inbound in the not too distant future. I.e. the other Tier 1 scanner company for the more advanced scanner technology?! There was this debate in Dec and Jan, about Directors buys, and we see now why they didnt.

Thanks Ironknut I hope I make some, a great deal would be fantastic. As I think I mentioned a few weeks back, I am underwater on two other major investments in a similar magnitude to the loss you highlight. It is hard not to be skeptical in these situations. I see at this time for Kromek as getting in at the virtual floor but with my wide eyes open.

With the money banked and profit assured in this financial year, we now look forward to blue skies. Further deals for this division or others will make the forecast profits to look very conservative. Will continue and build my position when funds allow

The share is very much news driven as you say. I am hopeful that new buyers entering this time, do to the magnitude of recent news, will maintain the upward pressure. Another upward inflection point (if required) will be the receipt of Siemens funds with the next 5/6 weeks. So we know we have that lift to look forward too.

Good that Basu is jumping on the AI bandwagon. Can only help the company’s value

Ironknut yes I am a relative newbie to Kromek and take on board that your underwater and have heard ‘false dawns’ before. In your and other LT holders, it was a case of onboarding many years too early. I have similar situations with 2 other investments which cause equal frustration you are experiencing. Basically I got in too early before the IP and commercial traction got really going. However I see this is now a pivotal moment of growth in terms of profitability, market traction and stock rise. They way I see it if more fresh investors come in then it will be good for me and you. When this share starts to rise it will be significant and even violent. If I were you I would bite the bullet and look to average down. A year from now with forecast (or shall I say baked in) profit levels this can only go one way from now.

This time is different though as Kromek weren’t in a position to attract a contract of the size of Siemens in the past. Now they have the capacity to do so. The share price is being walked down by shorters, some of their advocates are on this board and others. They trade on fear. Hold tight the price will bounce back soon.

Signs are that we will close above 7p today and hopefully 8p by end of week.

The 5-year Siemens blue chip deal will attract PE interest in spades. They typically work on a 5-year deal cycle from purchase to realisation (exit) and so this fits nicely with the Siemens contract. They will feel these can bolt on more customers with further investment. The CZT division could be worth $150m (£125m) if split from the group. I predict an offer in the next 6-months, PE are snooping about for deals like this.
