Hoping for hole 7 results tomorrow. Could be very big

It also allows for the Cakebox range to feature in the 22 Ambala stores. Probably key lines only plus a click and collect. Nearly a 10% increase in the retail estate. Crossing selling and economies of scale are the deal highlights for me. Could make a significant contribution to profits

Probably will see a sharp price rise in this afternoon's trading in expectation.

I think without Basu we would not have the Siemens deal. He is a natural optimist and in the past sometimes his claims have been premature. But now we are finally getting the compound results he has long promised

Very interesting MfG. The Company has a new investors website gscplc .com (I think) and there is a must read investors presentation on it that shows what they think is the nature of the deposit and the potential. Read it and you will be investing more tomorrow!

I stand firm on my belief that we will get hole 7 assays next week. Probably Monday/Tuesday. This will confirm the commercials and could be even more important that P2 drill results which will more likely serve to enlarge the resource map. There has been discussion about GSC actually mining which I think is fantasy. More likely they will sell to highest bidder or keep a small interest for a lower entry price. With this strategy the market cap is likely to rise in a much shorter timeframe. The exploration team will then move on to one of their other target sites to try and replicate the results. That’s their expertise, finding what others can’t.

It is good to go back to the drilling methodology of holes 1-5 they were to prove the quality of the deposit and how the copper/silver ran from the mine in close quarters. The results proved the quality and the likely shape of the deposit and all looks positive. Next week’s results (the timeline looks right for that) will give us what the deposit looks like 270m away. Visual inspection says hole 7 looks even better than holes 1-5. This significant expands the opportunity and for me far more important than the confirmatory hole results for 2-5. The result will indicate a commercially viable mine. P2 drilling will extend the search area to 1km plus. The early visual results should be enough (rather than the assays) to indicate the opportunity of a vast mine that would interest the top 5 miners. I would be very surprised if we didn’t receive a speculative offer from a major player with good P2 assay results to try to secure this massive find early and below true market valuation. My view would be to consider an offer and then turn the attention to the 2 other promising sites with financial resources to match.

Although from some quarters there seems to be a little negativity about the deal, I think it is a good one. The synergy between community groups is important and the cross selling potential is huge. I'm sure CB will maintain the quality. In 2-years from now I'm sure we will look back and say it was a great deal.

Looking at the timelines this time next week looks likely for holes 6-9. Hole 7 we know had the best visual results of any hole, and is the most important as it was the furthest distance from hole 1. Confirm this is good and the deposit is confirmed as being much larger and far more valuable being 270m away from hole 1. P2 drilling aims to extend the high quality deposit by up to 1km away or even more. P2 drilling results should be within 3-months. So by June we will hopefully have a massive potential resource of truly significant scale. Prior to the assays we will have the visual core inspections, perhaps end April which in many ways is evidence in itself.

The next piece of good news will lift this considerably. 6p seems the baseline. Awaiting new contract news. And I don’t think we will have to wait long now.

It looks like Siemens new £250m plant in Oxfordshire is due to open next year showing their commitment to the UK. This from the end of Jan this year: Siemens Healthineers today hosted the Chancellor of the Exchequer at its magnet technology manufacturing facility where the government outlined its plans for growth. Siemens Healthineers presented its own plans for manufacturing investment and expansion, including a £250m investment in building a state-of-the-art superconducting magnet manufacturing facility in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Set to open in 2026, this 56,000m² new facility will host over 1,000 skilled jobs.

Next week is looking like when the 2nd batch of holes 2-5 will be released. Perhaps Monday/Tuesday. These are the holes in and around the existing mine. Confirmation of grades will reinforce that we have a good solid resource. However it is the following batch of results, maybe the week after, that for me is the big one, as it will contain the results of hole 7 some 270m to the south of the mine. If the assay results are good for this then we have a much larger opportunity. Phase 2 drilling will aim then extend this deposit further by 100’s of metres. Exciting times. By the end of P2 drilling we could have the possibility of a discovery of regional significance.

When you have a global Tier 1 customer though, the game has changed. An indication of their (Siemens) commitment was how quickly they paid the down payment -- ahead of schedule. They must be expecting a large volume of sales for their CZT equipped scanners. The upshot of this is, of course, is a high value supply side agreement of the tiles. The supply agreement could dwarf the income from the initial deal. The market hasn't woken up to this.

As you know I’m a little more optimistic looking forward. The share price has reached its baseline, and any positive news or wider market sentiment will push this on up. Many strings to Kromek’s bow, and lots of news opportunities for rises.

News leak?!

I bought more a few days back. Awaiting news I assume. What we do know is that the next news is likely to be positive: next stage contract, supply agreement etc etc It is comforting to know that that Kromek is now on a sound financial footing. Day trading is out therefore and long term holding the way forward.
