Then the company tried to challenge in court the classification of the gas transportation infrastructure so it could be exempted from complying with those safety measures. I don't think it will be difficult for Zephyr's team to solve the previous issues.

IMO, the two most interesting points from the analysis are that one and the need to add to the team more experience in oil production in the US. I guess the company has access to interesting profiles now CH is in contact with different companies in Williston.

Agree, it summarises main relevant events of the company for the past year an a half, and it adds some opinions on the company, management and risks. I don't think it will provide a lot of new info to anyone here, as the analysis has been done with public information. The valuation seems ok, a 32% upside is not bad.

I don't think there is anything wrong on Blythe or Southwark, they are monitoring Blythe and Daniel Bernoulli is now approaching Southwark to begin de hook-up process. I do agree with your comments on the Chairwoman, it is time to move on with a different person, same it happened with Mr. Hockey.

Mole, you didn't get it right. CalE pays his 50% contribution plus $60m for Phase 1 and $65m for Phase 2 of IOG's CAPEX. And that's why they are entitled to the 20.2% royalty over IOG's share of Phase 1 with a cap of $91m, the royalty for phase 2 is the other way, CalE pays IOG when production gets to a certain number (I don't remember it by heart). It was CalE paying extra, not IOG.

In the previous RNS they said both Blythe and Elgood were being restarted. Now Elgood is shut-in, and there are no details on that, just liquid production as the cause. However, in the interview with Malcy, Mr. Newall said (https://youtu.be/y2G6ff1fxLQ?t=439) the team had worked to handle the water at Bacton without constraining production as much as it did. I think the 22mscfd is very constrained, and I cannot see the logic of stopping production from Elgood, as the source of the saline water is in Blythe (confirmed by RNS and Mr. Newall in his interview). I'm suspecting there is something else we don't know.

Yep, I wanted to say "I understood they had resolved". Elgood could be now shut until the new H2 Blythe well is on production in Q3 2023. That puts all eggs on Southwark A2's basket. What would happen if A2's results are not good when it is finished? The fracking of that reservoir might not produce the desired effect, it is a huge risk when you don't have the downside protection of a substantial production from other assets. I don't care about some minor hedges when they cannot put their current producing assets onstream. I'm tempted to get out, TBH.
