I guess there's only so much association with Naheed anyone can withstand, it must have become too embarrassing for him, I recall his statement in the Interim Results September 2022 - "The Board also continues to be very grateful for the patience and support of the Company's shareholders".......that being when the SP was 0.23p (or 10 times the price it is now).

Something will be pulled out of the bag Legalwolf, whether it's the SI coming in or not, just my opinion of course based upon my judgement of our CEO (his character, those involved to date and his reputation which is on the line).

I think when this moves it will move in a big way and it'll be difficult to buy anything in volume, glad I've accumulated, just need to sit patiently now for continued news flow.

£1.9 million DFS Funding Completed

The Company is pleased to announce funding agreements with key project partners ("Funding Agreements") within an overall capital raising totalling approximately £1.9 million at an issue price of 5p (representing a small premium to the 4.8p closing share price on 19 July 2024). The net proceeds of the Funding Agreements and capital raise will allow the Company to progress its Definitive Feasibility Study ("DFS") for its Orom-Cross graphite project in Uganda alongside the continuation of grant funding being received from the US Government's Development Finance Corporation ("DFC").

If she were honest about what the raise was for she wouldn't get the raise away.....only LTHs have a real appreciation of her MO.

I don't think the value of the individual tranches was ever confirmed, perhaps we were assuming 5 tranches of $1m because the first 3 were for $1m. I've gone back over the RNS's (as I had wondered the same thing) and I can't find anything, I think we were perhaps jumping to conclusions about the tranches.

From today's RNS - Work has now begun at one of the most experienced graphite beneficiation companies in the world, Qingdao Taida Carbon Co Ltd, to deliver 10 tonnes of high quality uncoated SPG product from the small flake concentrate. This has been successfully completed previously via smaller scale testing but this will be the first commercial scale delivery of SPG from Orom-Cross to provide necessary samples for high profile tier one offtakers to test in their own facilities. Once the OEM testing is completed by end of the June quarter Orom-Cross will effectively be qualified and have the ability to move to offtake agreements for all end products used in batteries.
