I think the idea at outset is to use the roads (MR mentioned a while back that many trucks return from South Sudan to Mombasa empty so they can benefit from this)....appreciate that longer term rail is probably needed to move greater volumes.

Scaffman, as I understand it the Ugandan government are keen to put themselves on the map with this (lagging behind on the continent) so IMO they will do everything necessary to see it through to conclusion....they've been very co-operative and accommodating to date according to MR.
There was a time when Naheed would give regular presentations on the Investor Meet platform, can't remember the last time she did this, might be over a year ago.
"............... the Director Purchase Plan has become increasingly expensive and is administratively cumbersome to operate. It has therefore been decided to terminate this plan and, instead, the Directors will continue to purchase shares as and when this is permissible under the Market Abuse Regulation".
I don't believe the CEO has purchased any shares since that time.
Timing isn't easy though is it Silverlight.....and with a CEO like Naheed Memon you never know what's in store.....other than the fact that a discounted placing is more or less guaranteed and never that far away....and the discount could be anything....then there's the spread and liquidity for selling.
I did buy high Zinger but only a small amount, I've averaged down massively so soon to be in profit, can't all be as clever as you, is now a good time to invest in JAN or was that a few years ago?
Keyboard, what sort of a moron posts that the CEO of a firm doesn't hold any shares in said firm when it's detailed in the significant shareholders on the firm's website for all to see?....fancy insulting posters here when you posted that you utter bell end.
