I think the idea at outset is to use the roads (MR mentioned a while back that many trucks return from South Sudan to Mombasa empty so they can benefit from this)....appreciate that longer term rail is probably needed to move greater volumes.

Scaffman, as I understand it the Ugandan government are keen to put themselves on the map with this (lagging behind on the continent) so IMO they will do everything necessary to see it through to conclusion....they've been very co-operative and accommodating to date according to MR.

I'm surprised at the SP given the recent funding confirmation and expected news flow, tempted to add more if this continues.

Timing isn't easy though is it Silverlight.....and with a CEO like Naheed Memon you never know what's in store.....other than the fact that a discounted placing is more or less guaranteed and never that far away....and the discount could be anything....then there's the spread and liquidity for selling.

I wonder what effect this will have on the SP today, hopefully it moves up a bit and I can see my holding turn from red to blue.
