Thanks, I've just listened, Mike sounds more up beat than ever to me now.....nice to also hear him stick his neck out (despite normally being reluctant to do so) and say that he would expect the DFS to be ready 'front end' of Q4.

LuckyRambo, it's hard to say isn't it, just have a sense that a raise is due, on average I think she likes to raise every 3 or 4 months, last one was mid April so I just feel another is on the horizon.....and as Bahriaheights already pointed out, she'll need a new outfit, hair do, nails etc for the working group, that won't pay for itself.
