The company gave a forward looking statement pre IPO, then changed it after IPO, only a few weeks, then downgraded that statement on first news on new listing. That's a fact, not emotion.

What you have just demonstrated regarding the performance over the past 7 months is commendable, there is no disagreement on that point, everything appears satisfactory.

If it is indeed a minor issue, then why are we experiencing such a drastic decline in the share price as we are currently observing, accompanied by claims of 'it's overdone' and an additional 5% drop today? Yet, the £4-6 proponents refuse to consider, discuss, or acknowledge that there may be factors not aligned with our best interests.

Focusing solely on the favorable figures you present is merely superficial, and I suspect that most individuals here desire an increase in the share price rather than the ongoing depreciation we are currently facing.

Engaging in a rational discussion on this forum with specific individuals is futile, they are excessively preoccupied with their own self-importance, burdened by a profound sense of insecurity, and possess a mindset that prevents them from acknowledging their mistakes, even when confronted with overwhelming evidence to the contrary, which reflects a distorted belief.

They utterly fail the moment they throw a tantrum and resort to the customary, "enough of you, you're filtered." Yet, they never actually filter. I received replies to my posts today from someone who, just two days prior, claimed I was filtered.

There are a lot of catalysts that have now passed and dropped of that list, and they've all failed us miserably. Therefore, the future catalysts mentioned hold no significance if they yield similar results.

I am not interested in mere rhetoric and exaggeration. Up to this point, all the excitement and ongoing grandiose claims regarding catalysts have resulted in significant failures.

Has the transition to the ASX been a big deception?

Almost every poster was praising the advantages of being listed on the ASX and how it would benefit us from the outset, the holy grail, including Q2 results and other catalysts. However, thus far, each day has brought disappointment and more. Subsequently, we experienced a dramatic downgrade that led to a 20% reduction in market capitalization by the Australians, and it is well understood by most here, that Q2 RNS would not have had a 20% fall on Aim. We are now entirely subject to their whims down under.

How are so many LTH and experienced investors so wrong about ASX? or are they? or is there something amiss?

It feels like the UK pi is being lined up and blindfolded, then,,,,,,,,

What is truly happening behind the scenes that has suddenly sparked takeover rumors just a month after the listing?

Is this all orchestrated, calculated, and premeditated? And before you shout NO, you cannot truly know.

Many praise this purported world-class Board of Directors; how could they then miscalculate the figures so drastically just weeks prior to a significant news update regarding a new ASX listing? The reality is, they do not get it wrong, so why?.

All members of the Board are extraordinarily wealthy, do you believe they care even slightly for the interests of the pommie retail investor?

Each time we face setbacks, the usual group begins to offer excuses for the MD, claiming that we will recover, only for another setback to occur.

Remember, we are down 66% from 2020.

You may advocate for SD and the BOD indefinitely, yet it does not alter the reality that this situation is not what we signed up for. Aim was achieving significantly better results independently.

Please keep in mind that this is merely a question for individuals to ponder; I am unaware of the circumstances occurring behind the scenes, and neither are any of you. What we all do know is that this is not unfolding as we were led to expect.

We can only hope things improve, but there are no guarantees.

The next catalyst is always hailed the great rerate, seen so many come and go, yet here we are. going backwards again.

I do agree that the fundamentals are outstanding, the future should be outstanding, and the BOD are highly skilled, that then begs the question, are we being played, something does not add up with this ASX performance.

As you can see from my post this morning, passive passenger Aim will not exceed and hold above the ASX closing price and will close below it, just watch.

Aim is completely defunct, not fit for purpose. Useless, provides zero value or input the the purpose of fairly valuing GGP.

May as well just pay attention to ASX price and ignore Aim completely.

It appears that I have given you more credit than you deserve, my post was not about GGP operational performance, though I see you've completely missed the point.

A good example, why did Aim not return back to parity with previous day after that chaos on ASX. The UK pi did not see it their way, so with all the volume here yesterday, largely in Favour of buys, why did the price not recover here and set the tone for the ASX ?

However, increased volume is meaningless if it does not have a direct effect.

What is the objective if each trading platform fails to operate autonomously and does not act independently during each session?

We need each platform to finish higher than the other on each session to drive the other, but no, Aim is just a passive passenger.

It is abundantly evident that Aim is entirely unsuitable for its intended purpose with GGP.

As demonstrated once more today, regardless of the ASX's closing value, Aim will either gap up or down to their final price and maintain that level throughout the day until the market closes, rendering Aim effectively redundant.

What is the point of any buying activity here when it never impacts the price, its ridiculously passive.
