Voted in favour yesterday to increase the Tonnage SRB can process under the temporary licence at Coringa from 50k to 100k and valid for the original 3 years of that temporary licence valid until Jan 2027. Great news SRB can continue to expand while the Full Installation Licence (IL) is progressed. Shows continued will on the part of the Regulator for the project to be developed to its full potential. Give it a few days for the Administration then expect an RNS.

The fundamental issue here isn't the company, its the sector, and sub-sector. They aren't popular for a whole host of reasons. Ultimately we need a rotation back into these stocks for the SP to really move forward.

In another time you would have been multiples higher here, but we aren't in that time. Maybe we will be again as the money flows down from the physical markets to the majors, mids, minors and micro stocks in the sector.

This company, could put North of $10m+ of new cash on the books in Q4, that's crazy for a MCAP of circa $90m or so. But we are were we are.

From the operational update of 9 September, in the month of September alone, they've added $4m to the books by itself. That's nuts. Even at midpoint of 39k ounces this year, that's 11.5k ounces to add in Q4, at those numbers AISCs will also fall, and Gold price has also risen. Those are some numbers.

In terms of our MCAP and forward looking PE, it's a lot better than decent.

At circa $80m MCAP this is throwing $7.4m this quarter alone in net cash onto the pile. If they hit the upper 40k ounces guidance this year, that will be close to another $10m (finger in air) going on in net cash for Q4. This is a cash monster, and it's growing at that.

Judging by the last update for numbers at end of August, that's pro rata for the full Quarter of £6m of cash build. Hard to know what numbe in production of AISCs that equates to, and not all months will be the same within a quarter. But if its at or close / above £6m cash build its going to be bullish IMHO.

Incredibly bullish short, medium and long term. Next week we'll find out how much cash we are spitting out in Q3. Q4 should be the biggest production numbers in the company's history as per the last RNS, so Q4 at $2,650 an ounce should be epic.

Once the TR holder is out this will bounce hard going into the Q3 Results.

Looks likely the whole amount was offloaded to brokers to shift the lot in one go, hence the gap down.

Q3 Results will be circa w/c:- 14/10, if they deliver the cash build and production pro-rata as per the zops Update of 09/09 and a confirmation that Q4 will be a record production quater for the company, at a MCAP of only £65m and all the Macro chaos going on in the world right now, I can't see you getting back in here for anything under a pound, they are paying 97p per share on TSX for this last evening, but best of luck to you.

Paying the equivalent of 97p per share in Toronto this evening (CAD$1.75) and the stock up 25%.

Either:

A. Something big about to drop?

B. The eventual rotation into Gold stocks?

C. Maybe a bit of both?

It's not just the spot gold price, the USD v REAL has taken a circa 15% devaluation in our favour the last 3 months, as has Gasoline and Diesel prices, it looks like our AISCs are coming down when you look at the cash pile being added at $5m+ prorata in Q3 based on the last update. These are massive favourable business conditions for SRB.

London listed gold company sold off (Centamin), for not a lot, like Shanta before you do worry here.
