A Bull's Tale.31 May 2025 17:16
This is my bull case thesis here, may sound bearish to some, but anyway here it is:
There will be further dilution, expect it. This may be the gold sway, it may be further working capital, but it's coming. My worst case scenario when all is diluted and generating positive cash is 2b shares in circulation. At its current MCAP of £6m, its not that 'big a deal' and still leaves plenty of room to go to 3, 4, 5p a share / £60, £80, £100m MCAP if / and / when they sort out there production / costs issues (if they have any). This is bullish, because if I'm wrong, and it's 'only' another 200 / 300m shares issued from here, then the story is better for returns.
Okay, the Comms here are a bad joke, they clearly have issues on grade, ore grades, and recoveries they aren't telling us about, the Major share holders could screw us and take us private at any point (btw as per Shanta, there's not much we could do if they decided to), and the market clearly has serious trust issues with the BoD and the Comms they pump out.
But that said, it's remarkably still worth a punt at these prices IMHO for a 2, 3, 4 bagger should they get their act together, even wife a dilution drop.
If you go on recent satellite images, they are building, and expanding a lot of Heap leach capacity there, and stacking lots of new Ore, it could be one of these shares that stinks the place up until the point it doesn't...
P.S. I have gambled what I'm willing to lose.
