From the latest RNS, I think there's going to be a lot more than one RTO coming here.

The Company's executive team has reviewed more than 100 projects globally and has now reduced this extensive list to a short-list of around ten projects which MetalNRG are progressing.

Sooner or later people are going to have to load up before the RTO news lands.

FOMO Friday? news could come at any time in October. IMO

Should hear something concrete by the end of this month IMO

Expecting a decent rise today as we enter another week closer.

They should release a RNS containing a (SPA) Sale Purchase Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the deal.

And then a suspension a short time later when the process starts.

Yes it will but a lot depends on how much work is done beforehand, the suspension could be very quick if they've been negotiating for a while.

AMGO still has work to do before there's deal struck, regarding their balance sheet and winding down of previous operations.

Also the target company may need to be made ready.

Within the next 6 weeks we will hear something concrete. IMO

Yes, I'd like to see an intraday RNS to catch a few profit takers out.

I'm not selling one bean before news.

Unable to buy any volume currently, big background trade being worked through or there isn't much freely available shares to buy.

Let's see how the price reacts.

MCAP still only £4.5 million, long way to go. IMO

Still a few months to go there's plenty of time to build.

MNRG are just the vehicle, of course there will be dilution but it still should be the equivalent of several times the current share price for current shareholders. IMO.

We should know something concrete between now and the end of October, going by the raise timeline.

Based on them raising funds over a month ago, for covering things like legal due diligence costs etc, I'm expecting news within the three months of raise.

September/October we should hear something. IMO

He can't release a TR-1 because he was appointed a director last Friday and is in the closed period until after AGM.
