No it won't, it's going to complete shortly after regulatory approval.

I'm not sure many people have seen an RTO like this, this will be a very professionally executed process.

I think it might take a couple more acquisitions before the market catches on to the potential here.

This is probably one of the smallest RTO/ acquisitions the CEO has ever done, the calibre of all involved is very high.

Moroccan regularity approval needs to come first, as it holds the key to finalising the funding and leaving no further obstacles for the FCA approval, and then asset transfer to AMG , leaving the propectus publication as the final compliance for listing.
