The drill results from a 720-foot TD well (drilled and cased on May 16th) would absolutely be known internally by now, including:

mud logs,

gas shows,

any helium indications,

and whether it justified testing or completion.

No body would make a bid for a well if it wasn't already commercially viable.

I think it already is commercially viable through the Entrada formation, cigarette packet calculation over $400k net profit pa.

We're waiting for Lyons formation result, could be significantly more.

Results would be subject to NDA during the negotiations.

They would have had to provide proof, to release today's RNS.

I believe Entrada formation has already made the well commercially viable. The primary target of Lyons formation result is yet to come or maybe preliminary known.

I'd imagine they'll release results along with a deal , either sale or partnership.

Mosman is legally allowed to delay releasing drill results if negotiations with a buyer are ongoing and the information is still confidential and not misleading the market.

If the helium is of the same 8% cut as the nearest well, then the Endrada formation is already commercially viable, before the drill enters the Lyons formation.

Entrada formation would produce a net profit of $400,000 at $300/mcf helium price.

Primary target Lyons formation could significantly increase the profit.

We know it's a local helium business making the offer, so it stand to reason, the helium content will be similar to this:

"Helium concentrations of up to 11% have been encountered in offset wells and fields in the area, with the closest well, Texaco Cynthia True-1, flowing 8.8% helium from the upper Lyons sandstone."

Expecting offer at least 100% of today's MCAP possibly multiples

If it motors the share price, don't forget the retail offer finishes a 4pm.

Well must be commercially viable with helium.

The timing of the raise, following positive drilling updates, suggests the company believes it is close to unlocking significant helium potential.

Consolidation does not effect the value of investors holdings.

The Company has covered themselves on them expecting the results on Wednesday and if they come on Tuesday.
