There's a lot of information the charts don't show and red candles and volume gets misinterpreted because of it.

Of course there are sellers about but it can be broken down and explained who is selling:

Profit taking

Cutting losses

Traders (looking for the next trade)

Placees (some already made a profit and flipped their allocation)

Freebie shares associated with the placement, some people get paid in shares, then sell.

The above types of shareholders all made up a moderate to high percentage of the share count being traded, which in-turn brought down the share price.

Conversely:

The last week, has shown the buy trades making a transition to become a moderate to high percentage and the share price is yet to catch-up.

Combine the above information , with the anticipated and extended news flow period the company is now entering, and you will see a completely different opportunity than the charts suggest.

It's a good time to buy.

If MSM had the same market cap as HE1 (£48.56 million), its equivalent share price would be approximately 0.2485p

The difference in share count is irrelevant, it's about the asset values and the overall MCAP.

I've no target price, I'm just going to see how things develop and use companies like HE1's assets as a benchmark.

Currently their MCAP is 5.8 times higher than MSMN, so if our assets have something to compare to.

It's only natural to have some disgruntled investors venting, we've all been caught out by placements at some point.

The latest placement, looks to be strategic but also caught quite a lot of investors who had bought higher.

For incoming investors like me, it provided a good opportunity to enter by averaging in over several buys.

The outcome looks good from everyone buying in this price range.

I think if it was a duster we'd have heard today, there's a good chance of getting a heads of terms agreement from next week and results thereafter.

Around 30 million shares left at 0.43

Also cheaper than the retail offer that was bought out.

I'm sure there's investors here a lot further down than the latest placees.

I only started buying in after the placement was announced, after funding is always a great time to average your buying in.

They could agree and sign a heads of terms in a few days or weeks and then publish the drill results.

To conclude the transaction will take longer.

Charts only give limited information, an RNS will always trump them.

We're in new territory whereby a company has come in and made an offer for a well before the results are published.

I believe the market hasn't yet decided and therefore today's price doesn't mean as much.

Looking forward to seeing an outcome as I believe current shareholders (at today's price) will do well here.

If it wasn't already commercially viable from the Entrada formation, there wouldn't have been an offer before total depth.

We don't know who it is but Desert Eagle Operating LLC is a highly likely candidate for the local helium business making the offer due to their helium production in the Red Rock field, Las Animas County, their drilling role in the Vecta Project, and their vertically integrated helium business model. Their insider knowledge of the well’s progress (via Desert Eagle Drilling LLC) and infrastructure access align with Mosman’s goal of rapid commercialization.

Billy Goat (Barclay-TH 295 106A): Desert Eagle Drilling LLC drilled the well, and Vecta Oil and Gas Ltd. is the operator, managing the project’s technical and regulatory aspects. Mosman, with a 90% working interest, is the primary financial stakeholder but not the operator.

The local helium business, will have extensive propriety geological and production data, giving them a significant advantage in knowing well's potential.
