The company's largest shareholder, is also a director, it makes no sense to spread rumours without any substance.

No placement as the company has no authority to issue more shares, it would require a shareholder vote, most likely fundraising would be encompassed into the RTO transaction as the funds would be used for working capital of new company.

High risk, Companies House share structure updates in June/July does suggest a transaction is likely as they make the company a clean shell.

If the company was going to liquidate, there's absolutely need to tidy the share structure as everything goes to zero anyway.

AMG are the vehicle to the main market for UPSA.

This time around, I'm sure they've learnt their lesson, and it's a £1 billion asset, one of only a handful in the world like it.

There will be loads of trading opportunities because there isnt enough shares available.

I think a big rise towards the RTO and an even bigger rise Post-RTO as institutions take up the stock.
