I was at the last AGM and spoke to Chris Chadwick, he said he was determined to get this one over the line, and lessons were learnt regarding the failed RTO, but that had actually left the company oven-ready for the next RTO.

I'm as confident as can be , this will go through.

We're in the buy accumulate phase, as the Reverse Takeover is in it's final stages to completion.

Everyone can work out the RTO valuation is going to be considerably higher than today's share price.

The terms are agreed, they must be doing the paperwork/recruiting on both sides for the new company.

I suspect we're in the quiet period, so this is the time to keep adding before the newsflow kicks off.

They must be working tirelessly behind the scenes getting everything ready for the promotional launch.

Another week closer to the transformational reverse takeover.

It's a Friday, if they've completed some actions we could get an RNS next week.

Every positive RNS now, should be a price driver as we are in the final stages of this RTO.

Now all the terms have been agreed, it does actually mean the RTO is in the final stages, since they were signed last week.

I'm looking forward to the company transforming over the next 18 months, which has a high potential to give current shareholders massive returns.

Basically, the negotiations of terms phase is over, and now they are now executing them.

We are now a week into the final stages of an RTO.

Time to load up or wait for the newsflow to start for more confidence.

The spread will be a different story after the RTO as the liquidity will be less limited compared to today.

Going by the previous MNRG/AMG failed RTO, it would suggest RTO completion timeframe, late November/ early December, from last week's RNS.

A lot of work has been done, to get to the conditional offer agreed and signed, now we're into the action phase.

Expecting lots of updates as we move closer and actions completed.

The company is working hard behind the scenes, getting this deal done.

There's literally hundreds of potential targets out there, it is all about who or what the BoD can attract that is worth exploring further.

There's most likely 50% of the available shares in long term holds , expecting around 7m shares tradeable.

It's going to RTO, in the process the company will be given a value regardless how it's traded beforehand.

All investors really need to do is hold for profits.

An RTO is meant to be a cheaper way and fast-track to listing.
