UPSA have changed their articles, so they can legally exchange shares according to the SPA.

This would have to have been voted on via EGM resolution.

The vote cannot happen without approval & signing conditionally from both boards.

As you can see, there is massive expansion potential.

Potentially £16 billion NPV resource.

AMG are in the final stages , the sponsor coming on-board is a massive signal to shareholders

Strand Hanson = institutional-level validation. They only attach their name to RTOs that are properly funded, credible, and regulatory-ready.

He will be on the losing side , this is going to be a winner.

Correct , Strand Hanson is a merchant banker that has to certify funding is in place to the FCA

If the funding was not already arranged today's RNS would not have been released.

Yeah £1.50 is highly likely a lot sooner.

My view is this is going to be a new company after the RTO and everyone connected will be locked-in for a year, and the institutional backers will be looking for serious growth from the new entity.

I'm looking at holding around 18 months with a £2.50 - £10 target depending on revenues

There is a minimum of a further 100% upside to come and some people have sold early lol

Buy & Hold for guaranteed profits if the RTO completes, and it is looking like it will.
