Expecting the updated CPR to still contain 300Mt - 400Mt, we will be looking at a multi-£Billion Company when the mine is fully expanded.

December 1st vote will unlock the requirements needed to get to the RTO completion vote.

The CPR has to be upgraded to measured, currently it has inferred /interpreted tonnage with industrial grades, this already supports a £1 billion MCAP company with 128 years life of mine.

Share price is very cheap but won't be forever.

Amazing the draft prospectus has already been submitted, for main market listing's, the FCA doesn't allow it to be submitted unless the structure is valid, and signed off by the advisors (Strand Hanson has signed them off btw)

If the deal was going to collapse, there wouldn't be a need to update the CPR, like they are doing.

Your still not understanding AMG are just the vehicle to market for UPSA to list.

Companies only list to raise funds, and that's what will happen here.

The current inferred resource has a further 200 millions tonnes to be added on the upgrade. (400m total)

Calm before the storm, they are updating the Competent Person Report, considering there is an interpreted 200 million tonnes to be added to the current JORC compliant resource.

This will have a dramatic effect on the RTO valuation, and validate potential offtake agreements.

Anyone buying at this range is guaranteed to make a decent profit just on the RTO completion.

My target price has not changed £2.50, 18 months from RTO completion.

Buying at this range is a great opportunity for someone looking to make life changing returns.

Thankfully, the pre-RTO shareprice is not included in the calculations for the relist on completion price.

So, temporarily the price is far too low making it an attractive opportunity for savvy investors.

I think a fair few believed 40p notional, was the RTO price, but that figure was only used to determine how many shares would be required.

Sit tight or accumulate, as long as the transaction completes, the rewards will be massive near-term.

That’s completely standard legal language every company has to include when announcing a deal. It’s not a warning sign — it’s just the rules. This is a Reverse Takeover (RTO) — the Australian company (UPSA) is effectively taking over AMG to get listed on the London Stock Exchange Main Market.

AMG is just the vehicle used in the above process.

There would need to be over a hundred chipstas to lose the vote, and therefore the numbers just isn't there for anyone deramping.

Post-RTO it will be considerably higher.

The placing price is NOT 40p, you could buy comfortably at 40p and be well under the placement price.

It is a technical placeholder, NOTIONAL and OVERLY CONSERVATIVE price is used for calculating the amount of shares needed in order to comply with the companies act.

The directors have actually indicated it will be higher.

This should be an opportunity for genuine investors, from people investing a few quid to make hundreds, and people investing a few hundred to make thousands, and people investing a few thousand to making tens of thousands.

Shame, people were dumping larger numbers in the morning of the RNS and dumping £30k worth within a few seconds of the RNS (clearly not read) and then dumping £46k on the bell and a few other larger trades.

Total manipulation, feeding off smaller investors.

The truth is the resource is very high-grade and it is massive, it looks to be a dream of an investment.

Shame, hope people don't get put off investing.

We are getting to the business end, there's accumulation happening and they need to flush out weaker hands...

It has but don't let it put you off, the resource is colossal and you will be giving your shares away dirt cheap!!

It is forward thinking, obviously it will be higher than today's share price but probably not around £2+
