When I say accumulation, I mean broker accumulation not requiring an RNS, at this time.

We know everything is on-track for the RTO because the GM resolutions were voted through on December 1st.

The company has all the authorisations it need needs right up to the main RTO vote.

The next day the shareprice dropped 50% to accommodate some large trades, most likely accumulation at mates rates.

All will be revealed with the publishing of the prospectus but we will be more interested in how much value is going to be put on our own holdings.

There is accumulation happening, and there were two transactions that brought down the shareprice 50% to accommodate them.

There are possible clues contained within the circular but I think we will have to wait for the prospectus to be published, for a definite answer.

They will form part of our 3% allocation Post-RTO.

The higher the RTO price the better, I suspect it will provide a decent profit for everyone who currently holds AMG shares at whatever price they have paid.

The real growth will come after the RTO upto years exceptional growth/ life changing.

I'm not expecting to see a TR-1 on either trade, if it was transactions from a market maker/ broker using existing stock.

I have a historic idea of what happened , no dilution, we are still playing with 14.7m shares.

I think you are close, as it must be connected to the GM resolutions, but anything new or connected to the RTO it won't be.

I have bought at all prices , and it is disappointing to see the drop back, I'm looking at the longer timeline, the shareprice before the RTO is just the first accumulation phase for me.

After the RTO, the shareprice will significantly rise as the company grows.

They are NOT placement shares being sold as they are all priced in conjunction with the RTO placement, and that will be decided using the updated CPR.

Something else brought it down and it forms part of the expected accumulation.

Could I have predicted it? No as I'm not a hindsight trader, and will the share price recover ? Yes I believe so, just as long as they complete the RTO, this is just a bump in the road. IMO

I'm expecting the share price to stay within a range for the updated CPR to be published.

People talking a lot of nonsense today, the drop was due to accumulation all will be revealed in the coming weeks, when most of the doom mongers will have moved on.

Suspect a large amount of accumulation is happening right now as the RTO goes through.

The GM passing 99%+ means the RTO is fully authorised, the funding and CPR upgrade can proceed, and suspension is now expected late January / early February before relisting as the £1bn+ company.

It's going to pass , they would have cancelled the meeting otherwise.

Majority of the votes have already been counted it will be those who actually turn up to the GM are left to count.

AMG won't suspend until the final prospectus is approved and the RTO is ready to complete. (Probably over one weekend)

UPSA will be gearing up for the RTO , no doubt they have spent a lot of money to get this far.

The CPR is expected to find more tonnage, currently 386Mt (inferred), possibly 500Mt -700Mt range for world-class. (Absolute maximum 1.2Bt)

If higher than World-Class it would be a unicorn for everyone involved.

Strand Hanson will review every word of an RNS before it is released, and if there is no credibility or cannot be verified, it will be removed.

Every time I look into the resource, it just gets bigger and bigger.

It's a massive resource, and it has the capability for a multi £Billion company.

Industrial grades at scale, there's less than a dozen of resources like this worldwide.

The company should be receiving indications of how the vote is going from today.

It's not in any doubt as there is too many larger holders still holding, maybe a couple of clowns voting no but they haven't got the votes!!
